That's not a valid point.

Can you not see what that man and the Republicans have done to your two party system?

America is a breaking point, and Trump is a symptom of it.

Unfortunately, you're thread is about to bombarded by the whole "Oh yeah well what about the CLINTON FOUNDATION?" versus the fact that not only did Trump misuse his "charity" for personal gains but he used it in such stupid ways like purchasing awful portraits of himself. Real magnanimous for sure

Interesting.

Do you think the Clinton's foundation is innocent?

Woah! The charity misspent $11k! WTF? This guy is a regular Bernie Madoff. IMPEACH!

That's not all, though.

“Our petition detailed a shocking pattern of illegality involving the Trump Foundation – including unlawful coordination with the Trump presidential campaign, repeated and willful self-dealing, and much more,” Underwood said in a statement Tuesday. “This amounted to the Trump Foundation functioning as little more than a checkbook to serve Mr. Trump’s business and political interests.”
.......
The suit claims that Trump used the foundation’s charitable assets to pay off his legal obligations, promote Trump brand hotels and business, and to purchase personal items. The suit also claims that the foundation “illegally provided extensive support to his 2016 presidential campaign by using the Trump Foundation’s name and funds it raised from the public to promote his campaign for presidency.”

I'd argue Trump is the result.

That is attorney doublespeak...

Me, I get a ticket for doing 37 in a 35mph zone. Attorney, the driver was speeding recklessly endangering the lives of women and children. He turned the public street into a Nascar track.

Hilbot often shamed and attacked Bill's accusers.

Takes a big man to admit he was wrong, then reach in his dresser drawer for $2 million and willingly hand it over.

It's more than one $11,000 charge for a super huge portrait of Donald Trump. He also used the charity to pay a $100,000 fine, and who knows what else.

But, no worries! It's all good! Really!

The Attorney General's office stated that the $2 million in damages and the remaining $1.78 million that the foundation has will go to Army Emergency Relief, the Children’s Aid Society, Citymeals-on-Wheels, Give an Hour, Martha’s Table, United Negro College Fund, United Way of National Capital Area, and the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.

In a statement, a Trump Foundation spokesperson said the foundation was "pleased to donate an additional $2 million" to those organizations.

Of course it's a valid point.

The left, who have no actual problem at ALL with widespread corruption throughout their leadership, jump for joy when someone who ISN'T in their party settles out of court for something.

Hell, the guy is currently being impeached for wanting to investigate obvious corruption by one of the Democratic leadership.

I do agree that America is at the breaking point, but think your idea of the cause of the problem is quite wrong.

Go look in the mirror.

THERE is the current problem with America.

A group of people who want to fundamentally transform it into a third world country.

Trump isn't a symptom of what is wrong with the country.

The Democrat's reaction to losing an election is.

No... she spent most of her time character assassinating the women he slept with.

AND she stayed with him.

She's a POS.

But you knew that...

The question “what has Trump done illegally?” has now been answered clearly.

Given the pattern of repeated and blatant disregard for the law I have to wonder what else follows?

The worst thing about this is that the money was fraudulently raised for our military veterans and then used for personal gain.

Not surprised. I'm glad the law is catching up to the them.

Indeed. It makes one wonder about those tax returns and Michael Cohen's claim that Trump adjusts property value for loan one way and for taxes another way.

Trump didn’t admit he was wrong except as part of the settlement agreement.

Trump didn’t willingly hand over $2 million; he was under court order to do so.

I am saddened to know that the President of the United States has admitted to the misappropriation of charity funds.

Aren’t you?
