Because America is the only country on earth and overpopulation doesn't exist because you can't see it from your living room window.

I have a statistic. 7 billion people. Look it up yourself. Go over to Google and type "How many homeless people are there in the world?"

The results will vary but it seems there are at least 100 million homeless on planet earth. Because people in other countries still count as people. And they sure as hell could use a little more birth control too.
