Every once in a while it seems that youtube makes some odd suggestions, most of them are likely just some pretty basic algorithmic crap. Otherwise suggestions seem to always just be a different variation of the videos you already watched.

So usually, all I see suggested is something related to the topics I usually watch on there(political, some gaming, firearms, etc).

But youtube kept dropping a few suggestions over the past days for a certain channel, while it was nothing obscure it was well outside my viewing habits. Finally i clicked on one of the videos and have since watched dozens of them.

I guess youtube just "knew" i'd enjoy them and "it" was right.

These guys are awesome and yes absolutely adorable.

www.youtube.com...

So, what has youtube suggested to you that you'd never have thought of but turned out to really enjoy(mostly looking for overall channels, not just one off videos)?

They are like cat-dogs.

As pets, they do seem to embody many of the best traits of both.

This one was funny

This one was great too, the day the "boys club" got broke up by that "whamen". It's funny how he seems to want nothing to do with the change but in later videos they are best buds.

This one is just random amusing, they for some reason remind me so much of bulldogs(maybe it's the extreme levels of sleeping and nonproductivity).

Do they use a litter box like cats?

Well, Youtube is Google and everybody knows Google is spying on everything we do (not that it's only Google doing it) so I guess it would be fair to say that Youtube probably knows you as well as your computer does (or your phone or whatever).

I'd actually assume they are house broken in some way. They do seem as intelligent and trainable as either a cat or dog.

They seem monkey smart. Maybe they've been trained to use the toilet.

I don't know about the toilet, i'm sure you were joking. Litterbox might be possible, but otherwise like most animals they may just consolidate that activity to a localized area(even on newspaper) within their pen or another specific area.

Most any animal, after enough time in a predetermined enclosed area, will consolidate it's waste into some specific area.

ETA: They might be better than "monkey smart" they sure as hell are a lot more adorable.

I'm starting to realize I like these guys because they leed a similar lifestyle(and energy level) like myself.

I need a good pet that can pass out like that during the daytime after I've had a bit too much to drink(on a tuesday....during a non holiday week).

The ones I've seen do but they have a strong, musky smell that dogs and cats don't. They are cute as hell though.

I think google YouTube will give you suggestions at the sites you join or visit often. That's about it though. Your habits in life, not yet anyway. I love cycling, now I joined a cycling forum and I get suggestions of yt videos, never happened before.

Yes, youtube does know me better than myself and i love it!

Sometimes i get short moments when i want to listen to music but can't figure out what music. Then youtube fixes the situation with AI.

Here i add, that a couple of weeks ago i was posting here, ATS, about a generation X documentary i watched. It had clips of a movie called "Reality bites" Which should be some kind of an iconic movie of that time. After posting, i go to youtube. Advertising there: "Reality bites full movie, starting from 2,99 euros"

I love some things about our future. Or this present time, which was future when we were kids. A bit disappointed that cars are not flying but there are plenty of other cool things
