Back in the fall of 2017, in an interview with me for The Intercept, the Vermont senator described the United States as “complicit” in the illegal occupation of the West Bank and Gaza and said he would consider voting to reduce U.S. aid to Israel. At J Street, however, he went much further. “What is going on in Gaza right now is absolutely inhumane, it is unacceptable, it is unsustainable,”

Sanders - the only Jewish candidate in US pres race - is suggesting cutting aid to IS.

As long as he doesn't use the leverage to get Israel to investigate Trump for his own political gain then it's probably a good thing.

It's not like he gets to keep the money himself.

It takes no saint to know this and the fact that because sanders is a Jew and can voice it without opposition should make you question his motive. If anyone else non Jewish said it they would get called an anti Semite- fact!

But I don’t trust sanders at all, he turned on his on voting base told them to vote for Clinton , he stuck up for the DNC after they “cheated him”. But the one thing that really makes he dislike that guy is when he backstabbed all of us over the audit the fed bill in 2012 with Ron Paul. At the last minute sanders who helped author the bill changed it last minute to have worse over site of the FED than before.

In 2016 sanders ran for president with the same strategy Ron Paul used except he ran as a Democrat. The only reason he ran was to concede to Hillary and give her the younger vote. He was literally the pied piper of idealistic children believing in his fairy tales that sanders can’t even live up to with his campaign staff.

Nobody should be cheering sander Because it took nothing to voice it and he wasn’t at risk of losing his job voicing it because he’s a Jew.

The modern palestinians are refugees from the surrounding countries kids from the wars the Arabs tried to win against Israel. Their parents and grandparents are all there as a way to aggravate Israel since they could not beat them militarily. All those surrounding countries will not repatriate them either due to their attempted take overs of their home countries.

in short Sanders is pandering for Islamic donor cash.

20 to 30 years ago the reason that was constantly given for why the US heavily and monetarily supports Israel was because they stabilized the region and acted as proxies so we didn't have to get involved.

The question I have now is why do we still support them? More often than not our troops are acting as their proxies our soldiers have died acting as their proxies. Why the hell are we still giving them money?

Good on Sanders. Between their inhumane treatment of Palestinians, their concentration camps for African refugees, and their decreasing strategical importance (considering today's advanced warfare technology) Israel no longer deserves the aid they still receive. Time for Israel to start playing by the rules. It's been 4 generations since WWII, and still playing that victim card while committing atrocities of their own no longer holds water. Now they're literally talking of "Ethnic cleansing" of Palestinians. Of all the people who should have empathy, and be disgusted by such a notion, Israel should.

Well Israel tried to give Gaza back to the egyptians after their war with egypt according to the terms of the UN mandated ceasefire and they refused it so now we have this situation.
