Have noticed in Japan, temple and even most churches tend to be open all the time with some sort of cleric usually living there and seldom away. It dawned on me this may be one of the needs they had for investing in Mindar and other monk/abbots to follow suit at other Japanese temples, or maybe in religious applications too like Abrahamic theisms.

I don't see critics' analogies of Minday 'being Japan's 'Frankenstein' and somehow being playing God'. (Is that what judaeochristian theists tell themselves, Buddha claimed to be God like Yeshua?!) Does not compute! (Makes me wonder if they also functionally believe Mohamed claimed to be God, too rather than messenger)

Seems like a prayer/meditation/enlightenment aid and way better alternative to rampant video games or the local fair's fortune teller machine Zoltar!

I've yet to find one of those always-open churches, like in shows and movies, and I've been checking doors for 4 decades. Always wanted to do that middle of the night candle thing and have the conversation with the wise, yet conflicted priest who also has secret passages to escape the bad guys / demons, etc.
