Mattis is so full of crap!! He constantly says he hates war and that we should not be there but then comes out and criticizes Trump for pulling out when our job was done? He is obviously a deep state stooge.

He is the same boneheaded jackass that said he didn't think it was legal for our own troops to defend our border so he sent them down there without their dam rifles. That is all it took from me to see he was a paid Socialist lackey.

He seriously thinks he is great for telling the Marine general, the one that could not figure out how to get his bogged down Marines across a partially blown bridge he was relieved of command, all because 3dr Army had beaten his Marines to Baghdad by days and showed him up at every turn. Somehow everyone kissed his butt for standing in the line of fire like an idiot lol. Give me a break.

Mattis is a former General, he retired from the military back in 2013. He also is no longer part of the government as he left his Secretary of Defense role.

He knows. Some people are just so desperate to crown Trump that every once in a while they let it slip out and either ignore the follow up questions entirely or try to turn it in to something else.

You do know that dinosaur Mattis gets paid for speaking engagements right?? He has to play doggy sit and doggy rollover to get paid. So what pays the money whores now????? Bashing Trump. It's a hard day for the military.

But I think in the long run, these events are the best path to the Kurds getting their nation. Turkey needs to lose ground politically, so it won't have the standing to oppose a formal announcement of Kurdistan later.

The problem with military guys right now is they don't get enough training in diplomacy and politics.

To quote Von Clausewitz: "War is the continuation of politics by other means". This means a person untrained in politics actually doesn't understand war.

The reason our wars have been going so badly for us is that we have been giving our military leadership the WRONG TRAINING.

It takes a politician to end a war. And more particularly: only someone trained or skilled in politics can end a war WITH THE OUTCOME YOU WANT.

It wasn't just George Washington. An entire crew of men isolated America from Europe and for good reason. They were controlling them from abroad and overtaxing them, along with other abuses that removed basic freedoms from The People. They thought this though well and decided that we didn't need another country telling us what we can and can't do. They are not our mothers or fathers.

We can be connect to the whole world by our electronic devices just fine, and we can even trasvel to those places whenever we want. We don't need the entire globe under one leader. THAT is a horrible idea. Especially when Power and money corrupts and 99.99% of the politicians from the past have taught, is that they always go corrupt.

It's the same concept with your home, would you want everyone in the world living under one roof? Haowe about everyone in your neigborhood living in your home with you? It's a good thing to have less Global Affairs mingling in your business. I certainly don't want a Government from Europe telling me what I can and can't do, when they don't even live in the US.

Would you like America to be the Master of the entire world? The Global Leader? How about someone from China? The problem with having a one world government is that we are most assuredly going to get some diaboical jerk that...instead of abusing his own country like we see many doing today...he would abuse the entire world. That's a bad idea. Just because the new social wave of Gloabalism is popular in the media...it doesnt make it a good idea.
