I'd see if a temp drug could block the signal. They have stuff that blocks voices. The voice you hear may be the same as others are hearing and they have sucess at stopping theirs.
It may move on if it can't reach you anymore.

Thanks for sharing your story, it does sound tough. Communicating about it helps find some perspective and understanding to it. There are drugs around that can block hearing the voices if that is what you want.

It does appear troubling in how your will has been taken over by a stronger identity. How would you rate the overall affect this influence has had on your life?

You have spent two years getting to know it, do you want to be a part of this family? It does come across as a one sided relationship. Do you know James aims in establishing communication and does its actions fit these aims? Has James used deception to get you to do things or send you down the wrong track?

The longer you engage with James the stronger James will become in your being and the harder it will be to break away if you so choose too. Do you trust James?

You know grey aliens came first into our public meme-verse by Alistor Crowley, Lam. I wouldn't approach it as anything ET which is what people mostly think when using "alien", I don't know what your definition is.
But maybe it helps to know it isn't as uncommon as people would like to believe. If it's attached to your family you got your clue maybe. What's your opinion on god? I assume you and it had a conversation about that topic, as you said that's how it introduced itself to you? I'm curious? Did you have a religious upbringing?

I do not trust Jeremy, although I believe he doesn’t mean to end me either. He appears to get way to much from our relationship to end me. I would gladly let him go! Well he says his people are the creators of our religious beliefs. They had a hand in all of the stories of the Bible so that man could develop in a more structured society. We needed religious faith and law to keep us safe and content as a people. He claims we have been constantly observed since prehistoric man. We are their favorite Petri dish. Our society has advanced so rapidly because of their interventions, but we are getting difficult to manage and keep safe. Which is all pretty much problems with the ego when you start to think you as individual are in any way important after you served your purpose you aren't.

Religion was a key in organized society. Otherwise we would still resemble the hunter/gatherers of Africa or the Amazon.

She already said his "religion" is science. Science is the measurement, observations and manipulation of what nature always has been.

For instance biology, physics, chemistry, solar/planetary mechanics down to the atomic level.
Nature has always been and done these things. How and why is the real question.

Most of the developed world understand these sciences and put more faith in them then the old religious structures.

Religion did its job, got our # together so we could think outside of the hunter/gatherer paradigm.
Unfortunately there are still people stuck in believing the old ways, God fearing people.

What's next I hope, is more science advancements. Which seems obvious.

To the OP, before judging if this is real or a mental condition, I would ask the following so that the OP can start to make the determination for him/herself. Let's assume that your experience is authentic and not a mental condition. The aliens come from another planet and therefore would have knowledge and technology vastly superior to ours. Yet in your description, the alien seems to be only mentioning common knowledge internet memes. Such as get on the Keto diet, exercise more, eat better, consume more avocados and olive oil, etc. These are all things you could find in a 30sec Youtube search.

Doesn't the alien know any math proofs or anything that currently we haven't figured out? What does he know about black holes? Can he explain gravitational waves? What does he know about dark energy or dark matter? What is his explanation for it? What are his thoughts on the universe prior to the big bang? What are some of his ideas for low cost green energy? Is his craft able to achieve lightspeed? How do they survive the G forces? Can he identify his solar system where he came from so it could be verified by scientists? Does he think time travel is viable? What are his thoughts on the problems with going back in time (killing your grandfather for example)?

Does this alien actually know ANYTHING that you don't, other than popular internet memes maybe mixed with a little spiritual mumbo jumbo? If not, I think you have your answer and the recommended course of action.
