OK, this will sound totally off the wall, but...
Try adding a “smidge”, just a smidge of...
...anchovy paste
To the meat mixture.
Store bought meat can be a bit bland in the flavor department. You generally compensate by adding seasonings.
But what you really want is that delicious “umami” savory, salty deep earthiness of good beef. A bit of anchovy (maybe 1/2 tsp per 1 lb of meat)
will do that without the excessive “pepper” taste of Worcester sauce.
