For starters...

1) Promising Putin he'd have more flexibility to give him what he wants, after he (Obama) is re-elected.

2) Transferring billions of dollars from the treasury to the insurance industry, without Congressional approval.

Since Impeachment is a POLITICAL process, Republicans could have impeached on either of those two, or several other things they didn't like. Just like Democrats are trying to do now.

LOL ... #1 but the President has complete powers over diplomacy right? Are you saying you don't want the US and Russia to be closer now? BTW it wasn't Putin it was Medvedev Obama was talking to.

Why didn't they impeach him if they could? If they had would you have approved of that impeachment?
