Kurds in World War II

The Soviet Union lost 26 million people fighting the Nazis and their allies. Including 15 million civiliains slaughtered as part of Generalplan Ost. 90% of Axis losses in Europe were on the Eastern Front.

Their sacrifice is all but forgotten in the West.

Even less is said about the 20 million Chinese who died fighting or were murdered by the Japanese.

I'd rather we not be in those areas at all.

But we are there. We have allies that helped us capture ISIS fighters and are jailing them.

Walking away from those allies leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I agree with you that we shouldn't be fighting other peoples wars either.

That could be true. Don't get me wrong I am a supporter of Trump, even if I'm not an American and putting aside the whole Diplomatic immunity issue we're having with an American refusing to return to the UK for killing someone in an apparent accident, I just have moments when I think "Do you really wanna do that?" lol.
