None of it as you are controlling the narrative. This life you are experiencing is a scripted event you planned for and incarnated into to advance your soul growth. You control everything; no more tears or excuses.

Just curious. How much time in your real life is "Real" and how much time you spend emulating in your day to day life? Who is controlling the narrative? Who sets the values? Your brain? The Media? The urge to fit in? When did we lose contact with ourselves? Just curious if you can honestly answer these questions.

Absolutely spot on. We come into life with a life plan and then execute it the best we can. At the end of the day we reincarnate to work and learn about ourselves and the world around us.

There is no individual doer of thoughts or actions.
There is no I.
Einstein stated that the field is the sole governing agency of the particle.

The purpose of our lives is to experience greatness. When we experience greatness it brings us closer to the feeling of what it would be like to experience God's infinite beauty, perfection, and completeness. Although real greatness only lasts for a few moments, it's worth living for to experience.
He soon found a curious problem: Assuming a static, uniform distribution of matter, the field equations of relativity Gμν=−κ(Tμν−12gμνT) gave a null solution for the case of the universe at large.

“Whatever we plant in our subconscious mind and nourish with repetition and emotion will one day become a reality.” – Earl Nightingale
These relate to formed opinions of yourself (“I’m not ok”) in your childhood. These thoughts are reinforced in your subconscious mind. These relate to experiences when you were embarrassed, thus creating a “Not OK” opinion of yourself. You naturally want to forget these things since they invoke unpleasant memories. Your conscious mind removes them but your subconscious mind has them stored. Such memories form your subconscious pain points.

What about the other people in our lives as we are living/experiencing it? Do they really exist as separate beings or they simply an extension or projection of the narrative I've created? Is it all just a dream or is there a true "stage" upon which all of us play out our parts as scripted by ourselves? Either answer begs an awful lot of further questions...n'est pas?

Everyone is drawn to the experience of greatness, that is to experience even a sliver of God greatness, right up to the moment we die and we get ot experience it in its fullness.
If you are not experiencing greatness then you are not fighting dragons, monsters, and demons:
All meaning in our life comes from this hero's journey into and out of the darkness.
