False flags are pretty straight-forward - military action(s) orchestrated so as to appear committed by blamed scapegoat.

Yet even in recent years we've seen a pattern of say, lone teens blamed & killed following extensive shooting or bombing massacre bloodbaths, as well as proxy wars where guns and munitions are provided to the country that is blamed.

Was Pearl Harbor a False Flag?

FDR lured Japan killing 2k US Soldiers that in a few more years, justified modern history''s first nuking by 1 nation of another, taking 200K Japanese civilians' lives to 'end world war 2'.

Rest their souls.

In grammer school I learnt US nuked Hiro & Naga to end WW2, which for US involvement started when Japan preemptively bombed Pearl Harbor killing around 2k military personnel in 1941.

Had never til now heard about US sanctioning Japan (like now doing with Iran) then engaging in radio communications, interceptions, and pacific provocation since 1940 to panic Japan into taking preemptive action before invasion, and so to justify interning Japanese-Americans in concentration camps while invading Japan, establishing strategic bases and takeover of some of its territories (to this day, US holds Japan hostage with bases, prohibiting it from having armed forces of its own indefinitely). Afterall, it had done similiar with Hawaii just some 60 years ago, tossing its royal Queen into prison for years of hard labor.

Was Pearl Harbor a false flag operation? (Part I)
www.veteranstoday.com...

“If Japancould be provoked into committing an overt act of war against the United States, then the Pact’s mutual assistance provisions would kick in. It was a back-door approach: Germany and Italy would come to Japan’s aid and thus directly involve the United States in the European war.”

So was Pearl Harbor a false flag? Obviously US didn't attack its own ships and people back then like it did in the Gulf of Tonkin to trigger Nam, but does that rule Pearl Harbor out from being a false flag?

For me the smoking gun is preparations for an attack just weeks before it, including the military there at Pearl Harbor stockpiling 750 flasks of blood plasma no doubt to save some soldiers with.

www.lewrockwell.com...

Warships of the Pacific Fleet which were at sea when the attack on Pearl Harbor occurred permanently destroyed the offensive capacity of the Japanese Navy to operate in the eastern Pacific and permanently crippled its defensive capacity in the western Pacific. Thereafter, as informed observers understood, a Japanese attack or invasion of the West Coast of America was a total logistical impossibility. Nevertheless, two months later, the internment of West Coast Japanese American citizens began in August 1942.

To begin with, the Pearl Harbor attack is not a false flag op in the sense that the US attacked in its own ships and planes. It is a false flag in the sense that at the very least Roosevelt let it happen, and as the evidence will show, he made it happen.

That false flag didn't work out so well for Japan.

Japan invaded Korea 10 years before Pearl Harbor and have scrubbed the atrocities they committed against the chinese from their history books.
They were expanding their territory and it was only a matter of time before the United States was going to be involved.

They earned the ass kicking they received..

FDR had to do something to help Uncle Joe and save Russia.

Talking about sanctions, it was the sanction on Germany for helium that they were forced to us nitrogen. Helium is non flammable so in a round about way we were responsible for all those deaths from the Hindenburg crash.

Hydrogen not nitrogen

That would be hydrogen that was in the Hindenburg.

From what I recall the atomic bombings didn't kill quite that many and considering various air raids there have been more deadly ones via incendiary devices.

This is a rather old conspiracy theory with much to consider. For instance the battleships were left in the bay while the attack forces, the carriers were out hidden in the Pacific. There were notifications that went unheaded and other discrepancies as well.

Another was the beginning of the Mexican AMerican war. A fort was stationed right on the border between the US and Mexico. Troops from the fort would travel into town and drink at the bars and evenually get into fights with the locals ending up with a few troops being killed. This gave Washington pretext to send more troops to defend the border and things escalated into that war.

And let's not for get the Maine.

There were two American carriers stationed at Pearl Harbor and both were delivering airplanes to island bases when the attack occurred.
The conspiracy in that case was overhyped.

I've often wondered if the Lusitania sinking wasn't a false flag operation as well.

Considering the implications that sinking that boat would cause the U.S.A. to get involved.

Big buisness in wars, lots of money for big buisness, media corps., and wonderful things like personal income taxes.....

Sounds like America was having a hard time getting the political will together to join in on the war. IBM and other companies where trading with the Germans through Switzerland and did not want to lose their business.

Are some reports that Pearl Harbor was allowed to happen, a better defense could of been made. Early warning messages did not make it all the way through the system. Made it easy for Japan to hit with all the ships in port. Rallied the nation to pick a side and get on with it.

Osaka also got nuked.

In 1937 the Japanese empire began the invasion of China. By 1941, the USA under Roosevelt seized all Japanese assets in the US and placed an embargo on their oil supply. Some months later the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor in retaliation. The oil embargo greatly interfered with the Japanese expansion into China.

There was no false flag but I am sure the US administration at that time expected something.

There is a case to be made that it wasn't so much a "false flag" but was allowed to happen. Japan still did it willingly, so it wasn't a true "false flag," but the idea is that we knew it was about to happen and let it happen. Of course, that's just a theory. The other, and more likely, scenario is another case of us not putting two and two together. A few people in he US military apparently thought it MIGHT happen, but they weren't able to get the attention of the people they needed to.

For example, radar was a relatively new development, big and bulky. They had a unit they set up on a hill above Honolulu with a couple of observers. They set up the radar and lo and behold, saw the incoming Japanese planes on radar. So one of the operators ran to a pay phone at a mom & pop grocery and attempted to dial up the base, to no avail. No one believed them anyway.

Of course, to ATS a deep conspiracy is much more satisfying.

Nitrogen is inert. It is also not considered flammable. You're thinking hydrogen.
