Our two-tier justice system is really getting out of hand!

If you go to oig.justice.gov... and look back through reports from this year alone, you'll see that lower ranking DOJ/FBI employees have "the book" thrown at them.

You will also see that those employees who are in the upper echelons (Directors, Assistant Directors, etc.) are allowed to walk away unscathed. After several paragraphs describing their crimes, you see this one sentence right at the end.

"Criminal Prosecution Was Declined"

Here's the latest one, from August 29, 2019.

Findings of Misconduct by a Then Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Misuse of DOJ-Issued Computers and for False Statements

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated an investigation upon receipt of information from the employing DOJ division alleging that a then Deputy Assistant Attorney General (DAAG) had been observed viewing sexually explicit images on the DAAG’s government computer.

The OIG investigation substantiated the allegation that the then DAAG viewed sexually explicit images on the DAAG’s government computers, in violation of DOJ policy.

An OIG forensic examination of two DOJ computers issued to the DAAG determined that the computers contained data regarding numerous sexually explicit website searches, visits to websites hosting sexually explicit videos, sexually explicit search engine terms, and sexually explicit images.

The OIG investigation also substantiated that the DAAG made false statements under oath to the OIG. During the DAAG’s initial OIG interview, the DAAG denied accessing or viewing sexually explicit websites or material from a government computer.

In a follow-up interview, after being confronted with the preliminary results of the OIG forensic examination, the DAAG ultimately admitted to the OIG that the DAAG may have intentionally accessed pornographic websites using government computers.

The DAAG resigned before the investigation concluded.

Criminal prosecution of the DAAG was declined.

Above was copy-pasted from this PDF Document: oig.justice.gov...
Hosting website: oig.justice.gov...

The above man/woman was let off the legal hook the same day former FBI Director James Comey was also let off the hook. Comey violated National Security protocols, and several other government rules. (Comey recap: www.foxnews.com... )

If this dual justice system continues, Americans are going to revolt, don't you think? After all, the entire government belongs to the citizens of the United States. Not solely to those whom we employ.

If you think about it it’s pretty similar to the way things go everyday in the justice system .

Rich people get a $1000 a hour attorney who knows everybody .

They get off .

Poor people get a public defender with the huge caseload and no ability or he wouldn’t be a public defender .

They go to jail.

The rich get richer and the poor take it up the a$$.

It doesn’t matter who you’re working for .

Both systems are unfair .

Watching some porn is minor on the naughty scale. Lying about is a much bigger crime with all the wasted time and resources. If this person worked in a trucking company it would not be a big deal, for someone working in the DOJ it does put their integrity in question.

With how the DOJ handled the Epstein case first time the system got him does indicate there are bigger fish to fry in that organization. Until it all comes out it is hard to say exactly who gave the orders to let him off. The two tiered justice system is a very big problem. How the CIA is exempt from every US law unless it specifically mentions them is at the core of this injustice sweeping the world.

I bet if this guy was connected to trump he would have had to book thrown at him for lying to the fbi

Like Papadopoulos, Cohen, and Flynn

Flynn supposedly lied about asking a Russian diplomat to remain peaceful and not retaliate against the us

That is very reasonable

But to jail he goes

As always, the laws are only enforced against the people the fbi dislike

Well of course, that's different, orange man bad. The way to fix this is not to crack down on masturbation but to let those other guys go too.

Interesting times we live in, seems like a breakdown in Justice (amongst the ignoring of loyalties to "We the People" instead we get loyalties to an "Agency" )

Found this to be an option - a path ( per say) we may be headed down .... maybe even by Design at this point ? YMMV

LOCKE'S SECOND TREATISE ON CIVIL GOVERNMENT - Of Tyranny, and Of the Dissolution of Government

.........Civil society exists to protect the property and liberty of its members--if something break s down anywhere in its government and it no longer fulfills this function, something has gone awry and the people have a right to rid themselves of that government. Where does this right come from? From the natural rights described by Locke starting as far back as Chapter2. If the government in power is not working for them, it is not a just government, and people would be better off in a state of nature......

Well, they could not let this guy get prosecuted since they let Comey off with way worse charges. Especially on the same day, how would that look.

It's my lunch hour. I think I'm going to go look at some porn.

P.S. I'm using a government-owned computer.

P.P.S. Bite me!

And Don't forget, the computers this ASSISTANT DIRECTOR was using for his porn surfing, were government computers, owned by the taxpayers.

A top guy in Obama's administration walked around with mirrors on his shoes, looking up women's dresses. He was given another job.
