Ilhan Omar paid 'boyfriend' over 250k for political consulting while consulting

Ilhan Omar is on the news once again. Seems it has come to light in divorce papers that she has been having an affair with one of her political consultants Tim Mynett.

Now, what is odd is that she is married. So it was a double affair but this is where it gets interesting.

The 37-year-old congresswoman and mom of three paid Tim Mynett and his E. Street Group approximately $230,000 through her campaign since 2018 for fundraising consulting, digital communications, internet advertising and travel expenses.

230k to someone who she is travelling with an having an affair with while she is also still married. So, would that not show that she was benefiting from her own political contributions she used while in office?

It also seems that it more than just a simple affair...

“By way of example, days prior to Defendant’s devastating and shocking declaration of love for Rep. Omar and admission of their affair, he and Rep. Omar took the parties’ son to dinner to formally meet for the first time at the family’s favorite neighborhood restaurant while Plaintiff was out of town,” the papers state.

Now, it is common to know now she has already married a brother and is in trouble for other campaign violations. It was pretty small but what I see is a pattern.

The Minnesota Campaign Finance Board ruled on Thursday that Rep. Ilhan Omar violated state campaign finance rules by improperly using campaign money for out-of-state travel while serving as a state representative. The board ordered Omar to reimburse her campaign committee roughly $3,500 and is also fining her a $500 civil penalty. Omar's campaign told CNN that she will repay the committee and pay the civil penalty. "I'm glad this process is complete and that the Campaign Finance Board has come to a resolution on this matter," Omar said in a statement.

This one just keeps the hits rolling.....I will bet that monies she gave to him were then spent for her travel and expenses. She is truly a nasty woman like the president said.

Problem is she's a Progressive Democrat.

So the most that will happen to her is that she will be fined (like what happened with Obama's multi-million dollar campaign spending fiasco), the left will throw a party for her and she will receive some awards.

Because the left likes thieves and liars and felons... as long as they serve the cause By Any Means Necessary.

Yep. There are clearly different rules for Progressives. They get caught abusing campaign donations and violating campaign finance laws, it's ok.....it hardly makes news, they pay a fine, and all is forgotten in less than 1/2 a news cycle.

Now, if it is a Conservative, they MUST step down and have the book thrown at them......or even possibly impeached

I learned a along while ago not to place my faith in Democrat politicians. Down the line they have fallen to skullduggery and sexual impropriety. Does that mean i now like Trump?

But, this is America, she can do that here, she is not living in a Muslim country. Yet she puts on the act wearing that cloth on her head. In the Muslim countries, they would probably stone her to death for that kind of thing. In this country, getting stoned has a different meaning. But here in America Islam has no power to do that. You would think that the Muslims would boycott her from their religion anyway. She is disregarding their rules like Hillary disregarded our governments rules.

She has freedom of religion here, if she does not respect Islam than she should not be disgracing the people in Islam by her behavior. She should not pretend to be part of their religion. This is way more than driving a car or not wearing that hat in public.

If the radicals in the Muslim community feel she is insulting and bringing shame to Islam and the Umma, she could have serious problems from someone other than government. Sounds like the squad is going to lose a member one way or another.

MSN has a tepid little article on this topic this morning in which Ilhan "declines to discuss her personal life". Boy are they taking it easy on her!
