Rising Democratic hopeful Elizabeth Warren vowed to promote “Economic Patriotism” in a new campaign ad this week; proposing the creation of a “Department of Economic Development” to regulate large corporations.

“A lot of giant companies refer to themselves as ‘American.’ But let’s face it, they only have one real loyalty: Their shareholders. A Warren administration will halt the hollowing out of American cities and create good American jobs. Here’s how,” she posted on social media.

I hope she keeps pushing the Progressive agenda to the hilt.

I have been a fan of Elizabeth Warren for a long time. Her combination of deep knowledge of how American capitalism works, her capacity to narrate the lived experience of American working families and tie it to radical reforms, and her sheer integrity are unsurpassed.

Her rollout of one brilliant policy proposal after another and her ability to connect those to a political understanding of the American situation has been just stunning. But Warren’s latest plan is in a class by itself, even for Warren. She calls it an Agenda for Economic Patriotism.

I have found that people who do not understand what "investment capital" actually is because they have never been in a position to need it don't understand the difference between private investment and USG investment.

To them USG investments sound a whole lot cooler because it just comes from taxpayers so who cares about them?

You do realize that only about 10 percent of the country's workforce is unionized, right?

Maybe that the fall of unions is a major part of the decline of the middle class. Compare the numbers.

The Price controls on medications advocated by Elizabeth Warren, will be needed when the avalanche of pharmaceutical industry judgements begins in earnest.

Johnson and Johnson is already planning to raise prices on its drugs, to compensate for yesterday's $576 million judgement against the corporation. Their stock was up big today.

Where have I heard that before. . . . . .

In my opinion their constant push of global warming being man-made. Is the tool they want to use to take over the economy and control the public .
Just like in their green plan the ultimate goal is to redo our energy infrastructure, abolish or mostly do away with oil, take over both the commercial and residential construction industries with regulations, take over residential dwellings with regulations to refit every home. Factories and automobile industries won’t be spared either .

And countless things I haven’t thought of. They will control everything .

The bite out of the economy will be huge if they succeed. Elizabeth Warren’s department of economic development would probably be the perfect way.

If they succeed they would completely change United States because we would all be in poverty . Which makes us depended on the state .

They would have to be in power to achieve these goals. If they do there will be no opposing them we will be under their thumb for a long time .

America would end up looking like the EUSSR.
