Just to stay on topic;
This picture looks either faked or manipulated. The eye that is shown looks altered (darkened to be exact) and the rest of the face looks good but has a strangeness to it that doesn't quite fit. Has anyone looked further into this "face" to see if it can be verified independently?

Need more pictures or better yet video to determine the veracity is my thinking.

But if this was true i don't imagine "they" would ever tell the general public or make them aware given the impact to religions and the sociological ramifications that would ensure.

It does look like a face but looking at snow and creating images out of the shapes is akin to saying there is faces in the clouds.

I was made aware of this by an Englishman and a Welshman I used to work for.

I believe it was called the page 3 comp but has since been curtailed by the fun police.

Look's like the Chinese have attempted to stamp a claim on Antarctica now.

Joking aside I had to look to see the face and now I have seen it I see it immediately but at first it just looked like snow and ice to me but you know what it kind of reminds me of, that scene from The Mummy were the face forms in the sand.

absolutly dosen't look human to me! if it's a real monument to some unknown race it would be amazing, and ground breaking, but the power's that be will probably keep it from us. Who knows what mystery's lie under the ice, great non political thread
