One thought i had on the way this could go...

Boris can "reject" any proposed bill (ie, the Brexit Delay Bill) by simply saying to the Queen "i command the confidence of the commons". Every knows he doesn't has the confidence of the majority of the house, but officially he still does.

He called for an early election, opposition parties either didn't vote or voted against it. The opposition could call a "no confidence" vote in the Government at any time. They haven't done that either. So one way Boris could get round all this is to say to the Queen he recommends rejecting the Bill be passed by Royal Assent and into UK Law (because he officially has the confidence) and if the Opposition want to oppose that view they should call a "No Confidence vote".

Opposition would then have no choice but to do that and vote for it, triggering a General Election. Using some jiggery pokery Boris can then change the GE date to after 31st October thus ensuring parliament prorogued over the Brexit date. UK leaves with no deal. Job done.

The Queens role is really just "pomp and ceremony" of UK politics. No real power to influence affairs. She will support the PM as long as he enjoys the confidence of the House.

Unique as it would be to do it this way, I wouldn't be surprised at all if Boris tries something like this...

And guess who would be among the most upset? Not any EU official. Again, Merkel. A no-deal BrExit will be the modern equivalent of winning the Battle of Britain.

The mind recoils to think the most influential people regarding EU policy ... are not EU officials at all, executive or otherwise. That alone is a huge red flag that the Union is not what it is purported to be. And from the European media on this curious fact? Crickets. Absolute crickets.

I like that interpretation of forcing Labour to call a "No confidence" vote!

It could also be forced when DECLAS shows Boris signed off UK support of illegal FISA warrants!

ETA - Boris DID win the vote to have an election, by 299(?) to 56... because all Labour voters abstained. He just didn't win by the 2/3s required to force an election! So officially he DOES still have the confidence of the house!

CMP’s Daleiden and Merritt are charged with 15 felony counts of illegal taping of confidential information in connection with undercover videos they released in 2015 after a three-year covert investigation into the buying and selling of baby body parts, which is a felony.

On Thursday, the court saw video clips of the StemExpress CEO, identified as Doe 12, meeting in May 2015 with Daleiden and Merritt, who were posing as owners of a biotech company. Doe 12 says in the video there’s a great demand for “raw fetal tissue,” and that the “insanely fragile” neural or brain tissue is best shipped in a “whole calvarium,” or head, whereupon Daleiden says, “Just make sure the eyes are closed.”

Doe 12 was far less forthcoming in her testimony Thursday, as Breen noted.

What is interesting about this is the NDA, the forms that make it all "legal" that have nothing to do with morality - most of the population has lost a moral compass as exhibited in the catchphrase "... is that legal"?

The woman getting the abortion is not filled in on the details that their child will be sold for parts in order to be placed within various products sold back to them. -

But isn't that a key point in decision making? The NDA's keep the PP folks from speaking. Which is all legal. (Why is she not entitled to the "profit" from the sale?)

The above facts seem to lead to a point where someone goes undercover - just like the C_A, but is caught again in another legal trap (unlike the C_A) leading to a case where the real moral issue is ignored in favor of an issue that is about recovering MONEY as a form of post-event retribution.

No matter where one stands, this whole legal NDA, Disclaimer, Binding Agreement, Sign Your Rights Away is utter bs and a HUGE problem. The system teaches NO ONE how to read them let alone understand them and then penalizes those who fail to abide by them and exploits those who sign away in ignorance.
