To force taxpayers to pay for this should be criminal! How is this even happening?
The judges that voted for this said not doing so would violate the 8th amendment.
The only thing I can assume is they felt it would cruel and unusual not to let the inmate have the surgery.
Is this not cruel and unusual to taxpayers!

If this goes through what do you want to bet a lot of people needing/wanting this surgery will commit crimes so they can get it done on the taxpayer dime!

A few years ago a notorious inmate here in the People's Republic of MA tried that and none other than Democrat Governor Devil Patrick stepped up to put a stop to it, it's absurd.

Its astonishing that enabling has become a part of a psychological treatment plan.

That is exactly what I'm talking about, how can people not be sick over this.

Mind you, I do believe that even prisoners deserve medical care, but this is a stretch beyond all belief!

So, what's going to happen.

People who want trans surgery will now commit a crime so that they can be incarcerated, then demand re-assignment surgery, get the State to pay for everything, and then get paroled. That way, they get a massively expensive procedure, and the only price to pay is a criminal record.

I have heard of people getting arrested just to get their teeth fixed. Or a certain surgeries.

I know a few people who got arrested and we're like damn I got my teeth fixed, and some other health issues they would have been able to do on their own.
