The evolution theory is a huge misinterpretation of the Bible.

The Catholic church still has many a finger in many a pie, and still get up to plenty of wrong dowing and dirty deeds, in this day of age, make no mistake about that, the Vatican is riddled with pedo scum for a start.

So whats my belief system then pray-tell?

It's a closed loop belief system. Earlier you mentioned the Roman Catholic killings which happened centuries ago. I commented on why that happened with people making their own rules.

Rather then concede that fact, change to how they still do evil today which everyone knows, and it's the same issue of people making their own damned rules. You haven't acknowledged anything, or any points made which is not scientific. You aren't following your own stated doctrine of science, just using bits and pieces of it for your own rule set and belief system.

Religions don't condone murder, but people do.
It all comes down to egos and lack of humility.

Certainly agree with that last sentence.

Empathy is the main point of contention.

That's nice.

I wonder if the Cathars felt the same way whilst they were being eradicated for the Gnostic system of belief?

Don't what?

Think its nice, or wonder if the Cathars felt the same way whilst the Holy Roman Empire consigned their people to oblivion?

What about the 100,000s of midwives and herbalists that were burt at the stake throughout recorded history or otherwise tortured to death down to Christianity deeming them to be in league with the devil?

What do you imagine they thought?

Murder happens every day. I hope you know one of the 10 commandments is to kill in the name of God whenever you have the chance. Isn't it?

And in the name of God more often than it ever should.

Must have missed that one care to elaborate, the commandment where God tells me to kill for him?

You shall have no other gods before Me.
You shall make no idols.
You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
Keep the Sabbath day holy.
Honor your father and your mother.
You shall not murder.
You shall not commit adultery.
You shall not steal.
You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.
You shall not covet.

Does number six not allude to "You must not commit murder."?

It's quite clear about that hence the hypocrisy and my ambivalence to follow any commandments whatsoever, aside from knowing right from wrong.

That would be the Holy Roman Church of St Peter. LoL

Peter founded The Church of Antioch and was the first priest of the Christian population established there.

The Church of St. Peter is traditionally considered to be at the place where he first preached the Gospel in Antioch.

The Roman Empire before Constantine was in no way monotheistic, there is a whole pantheon of Gods there.

Anyhoo where is the commandment where it says to kill in the name of God whenever i have the chance???

You aren't really following the conversation, now are you?

You're pretty much a waste of time.

Which conversation, the one where you refuse to address simply queries on numerous different occasions?

Or the one where you can offer up exactly no evidence whatsoever to back your spurious claims?

I know whats a waste of time and it's your stupid religious dogma. x

I don't believe the theory of evolution has its genesis in the bible.

Rather, it's the conclusion arrived at through the study of empirical evidence.

The Bible clearly does not teach evolution theory. Man has no animal ancestors but was made as a specie from dust.

Man has no animal ancestors but was made from dust?

Maybe you are right. I wasn't there. I can only guess based on what evidence remains.

When I see that the same metabolic pathways exist in my cells as do in animals, when I see that we are made of the same chemistry of genetic material, DNA, RNA, and that we even share identical genes, and that these genes have been altered over time, and when we map those alterations on a tree and find correlations with animals going back millions of years, I personally find it difficult to believe that we were made directly from dust.

But hey, I'm not god so my reasoning might be flawed.

The DNA chain of evidence will always convict creation of deception and fraud. The sentence is eternal ridicule.
