Overstock CEO Resigns After Disclosing Romance with Russian Agent

Former Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne speaks out after his resignation. He says he was part of political espionage conducted against "Hillary Clinton, Rubio, Cruz, and Trump during 2016 election- I was part of it. "
He was supposed to set up a blackmail of Hillary Clinton.

Basically he makes it sound like he was a government asset and was even used a time prior to this.

He speaks about Peter Strzok and his romance with Russian Maria Butina into this 22 minute long interview with Martha MacCallum. He also insinuates this goes beyond FBI but is evasive during Martha's questioning.

He says he spoke with Warren Buffet who told him to come forward.
Uses the the term "men in black" many times.

Very odd interview, what do you all make of it?

There's more to this story...an odd turn of events for Overstock & the whole Russian political sabotage story.

I've been following Overstock (even investing in their stock a few months ago, but sold it all about a month ago) because of their cryptocurrency exposure. Overstock is working on some crypto stuff which is what got me interested.

Curious to see what other details come to light from this scandal...

Well worth watching.

Most interesting is his claim that he was ordered to set up Hillary for blackmail.

Also he seemed to imply he had something very specific on "X, Y, and Z."

I have a feeling we will hear much more about this.

Finally, it seems Warren Buffet not only vouched for Byrne's integrity, but actively encouraged him to go public.

Patrick Byrne:" some of it involving Maria Butina( he goes more in depth about that later in the interview) and some of it involved setting up Hillary Clinton for what looked like Law Enforcement was setting her up to be black mailed.

Strange indeed; so much going on with this the whole interview is intriguing.

I think it was the typical games the CIA played

The "spying" on Hillary was only conducted to discover any other spying on her that would have harmed the Democrat Candidate(s) so they could easily discredit and destroy any negative findings. Good "side-spying" strategy even though it obviously failed 😎

Former Temporary Attorney General MATTHEW WHITAKER was on with Martha McCallum immediately afterwards.

He said Attorney General BARR will go over the "Human Source" recordings, and confirm or deny Patrick Byrne's story.

So, it looks like the MSM has officially moved on from Epstein. That's too bad. This CEO has an interesting story but I'm not ready to move on and neither should the MSM.

Once again, the MSM showing they have no conviction or principles to do their job. Tabloid journalism is all we have. Sad.

In the CNN interview, Byrnes keeps talking about person X-Y-Z, with Comey being the Z... would Strzok be the X? who's the Y? or are the X-Y possibly Clapper and Brennon?

It certainly appears the government was putting the heat on Byrne in 2018 but that could go either way, was it shots fired to keep him in check OR is he doing this now to distract? This is all nuts.

Obama hasn't been "busted". In fact, he bought a $17 million Energy/Resource-guzzling house today. He plans on never being busted.
