Lets spiral off into absolute, unmitigated absurdity created by folks who, in their ultra-sheltered urban life, think THIS is a pressing enough issue to actually spend time and effort on it.

Lets make sure though.. That we have the prescience to make sure we get ahead of the curve and have the next doubleplusgood words ready to go when terms like "justice involved person" becomes wrong-think. Im already a little offended by it, personally.

Itll be a very healthy, natural cycle (like poo) that, in no way whatsoever, represents how easy life is for some people.

Seriously though, this sort of thing is literally beyond my realm of understanding.

I mean.. Maybe if we had done things like solved world hunger, modern slavery, everyones basic needs met, etc. this might be something to bring to the table. Even then, Im still going to think the levels of derp are "too damn high," but it would at least be a bit less insane.

It all just indicates, to me at least, that the inherent narcissism of our species can completely consume us with the right mix of technology and sheltered urban living.

Hell, these people could spend their time helping people who are suffering in their own communities! But, they tend to be isolated away from sight, in ways both literal and metaphorical, so they simply dont exist.

And the social engineers manipulate it all, feeding that narcissism in order to subvert that annoying anomaly: The foundation and founding of the United States of America.
