I have recieved numerous raises over the last 18 years of employment. My bosses are very rich, but they also have been taking care of me very well!

Until my 30s I had roommates ate mac and cheese etc, bought my first house at the age of 40 and today at 58 I live quite well. Large house, drive M4 BMW, kids in college that I mostly pay for etc... I'm not bragging but people don't realize the time involved to get a head many times.
