Hillary's emails have been out for a long time. With some of the contents just too damaging to the democratic party the US media said nothing to watch here and moved onto Trump. The world has not forgotten and is patiently waiting for a response to their contents.

Huma transferred them from her laptop to the dot.gov system from home.
Then her husband inherited the laptop. Presumably because she didn't need it any more.

State Department releases classified emails from Clinton aide Huma Abedin found on Anthony Weiner's computer

Several emails with classified information from former Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin were among a tranche of documents released Friday that were found on Anthony Weiner's personal computer during an FBI probe.

I believe the title is misleading.


From what I have read, PC was responsible for the carter heavy industries email account......but he never said why or anything else...he took the 5th.


I never saw anything about the final deposition of the 30,000 emails he had forwarded to that account.

Does immunity mean anything to you ? Normally I operate as does our Justice System under the innocent until proven guilty adage and beyond a reasonable doubt. However when the DOJ begins investigations with documented and overly broad immunity deals then I can no longer operate with those simple provisions our Justice System provides as they no longer apply.

It appears many crimes were committed and the complete breakdown of our Justice System is the leading crime with the cover up that followed being what now needs to be prosecuted. No one is above the law, and those immunity deals come with stipulations, now they need to talk or go to jail.
