Ginsburg is 86 and seems barely alive, yet she is on the highest court in the country. Hate to be all age discriminatory, but maybe independent mental health analysis should be required for any govenrment official over the age of 70 to determine mental stability and ability.

It's not an unreasonable request in my opinion.

Talk about margin for error!

Also, people in their mid-nineties tend to die, as it's kind of in the post.
