Amphibious dock landing ship USS Green Bay was expected to stop in city on Saturday, while guided missile cruiser USS Lake Erie planned port call in September

China rejected requests for American warships to visit Hong Kong, US navy says

If such a move happened WW3 could had being triggered, the protests in HK were calls for military intervention and the fact the America already had plans for a massive Amphibious dock landing ship in HK would had resulted very badly.

America shouldn't play with fire and the fact that there were so many moved by the protests its rather ironic. Now answer me this supporters of the protests in HK would had u supported an Amphibious dock landing ship in HK with American soilders pointing military troops at Chinese govs?

The situation in HK and China could get a lot worse and could inflame a regional war over HK.

You did know this is nothing new , yes ?
A US warship was there in April. And before that , September 2018.
Why would it "trigger" WW3 , do tell ?
Folks really got to stop injecting their emotions into unexceptional occurrences.

Something tells me we will dock anyway. Simply for the reason that Hong Kong is an autonomous entity and China has no jurisdiction.

The same way you Americans claim that Kosovo is an autonomous entity but one thing is clear HK is and will be part of China and that is something you cant change.

Dispute the Soros and his NGO backed protests

Do you have any proof of those claims...the Soros and ngo backed claims... Id love a link if so. Also just because we dock in a place doesnt always mean those aboard the ship can just take off willy nilly through HK. Thirdly I'm not sure who has the actual authority to make the dock or no dock call there but we were nice enough to ask china anyway regardless...so what's your complaint there?

China already owns Hong Kong.

Always has.

The land was leased on a 99 year lease to the British Empire.

Guess what, the lease expired and China did not want to renew it.

We all know that NWO puppets are stirring up trouble as they tried many times.

China is not like a middle eastern Country, you can't expect to go in and ferment trouble.

US Navy has been making port of calls to HK since at least the early 80s. US military has absolutely nothing to do with what is going on over there in HK. There is nothing to trigger except emotions running high in msm/twittersphere.

Hong Kong belongs to China .
That is even recognized by the UN
Britain only leased it for 99 years from China
And that lease expired in 1997

US warships have traditionally visited Hong Kong for decades. It's a time when US sailors can buy cheap suits and get laid. It's an R&R stop. That China has refused entry is NO BIG DEAL under the circumstances.

The U.S. has long term commitments to Hong Kong:

uscode.house.gov.../prelim@title22/chapter66&edition=prelim

I can assure you, these agreements will not cease without difficulty.

Thats because their scared of mainland china up-ing the ante big time, -now that china has publicly blamed the united states for paying/supporting/initiating the riots.
Sighting US officials meeting with riot leaders photos/recordings.

So now due to this accusation the warships pose to much of a carrot on a stick for hong kong to droop in front of china.

Just wondering, are you supporting the pro-democracy protests in Moscow, by any chance?

Can't really see how warships or a show of more force will help to be honest.

A load of money in Hongkong "they" won't screw the place up too much i imagine.
