it's good to see how ex ny mayor Rudy Gullliani waded into twitter with all the same questions we're asking here .

That this happened just may turn out to be a good thing . Waiting to see what DT has to say

As I said to a good friend earlier, I can see “them” giving him the chance to off himself. In the same way Hitler used to “allow” people he was displeased with to off themselves.

But I don’t for a second believe there wasn’t plans in motion to silence him one way or another.

So I'm in good company -- thank you!

That's exactly where my gut instincts are pointing me too. Pretty much screaming at me!

You guys i am shaking right now but i think they switched him out.

Not only does he have money but he has very powerful friends, I think they care about the guy and are not just afraid of what he might do or say. I feel it is reasonable to think he will live his normal life span in some far out of the away place where he will never be seen but his friends will continue to visit.

I could see that as a strong possibility. He may have been given a message sometime in the past few weeks saying he needs to do it, or it will be done for him, and it wont be pleasant......

Yeah, i've been waiting for that too. Nothing on his twitter feed, which is unusual for DJT, but he has retweeted a couple:

Died of SUICIDE on 24/7 SUICIDE WATCH ? Yeah right! How does that happen #JefferyEpstein had information on Bill Clinton & now he’s dead I see #TrumpBodyCount trending but we know who did this! RT if you’re not Surprised #EpsteinSuicide #ClintonBodyCount #ClintonCrimeFamily

Short video on this one

That island was to blackmail people. [snip] He probably rose to power because the elite could blackmail him and knew he had no ethics.

I'm thinking very much along those lines.

And Epstein could, in turn, entice and entrap and set up others for blackmail... but for who? Who was Epstein working for? Who recruited Epstein to do their dirty deeds???

The answer surely is that Clinton was always the main dealer, the enabler in chief . Epstein was just the centrepin link to everyone else who was on board with child abuse . It was not about blackmail at those levels imo , it was about their sexual preferences ,
which hardened a certain exclusivity to an elite club

That is good to hear! I'll have to hunt down his comments now. But Guiliani has the gravitas -- the reputation, the experience, and the public position -- to let him challenge this with some authority.

Rudy's questions are linked and quoted previously in this thread . If DJT made those retweets above , then bonzer , he's on this . He has levelled vs Clinton , again , and that's appearing atm to be an excellent result from today's events.

Another question - who gets what out of Epstein's will ?

That would be an obvious answer, and certainly makes sense. But other information tells me there's more to this. One big red flag is that he provided intel to the feds...

That's probably just what Epstein's perverted friends were thinking... at least until the were blackmailed or otherwise compromised!

This just tells other pedos that suicide is a viable option instead of having others do it for them.

also, someone better be making backups of the Ghislaine Maxwell stuff or else this will be buried faster than a kid's hamster while he's at summer camp.

also hi ATS family, i am back

Who Took Jeffrey Epstein Off Suicide Watch?

Inmates can only be removed from the watch when the program coordinator, who is generally the chief psychologist at the facility, deems they are no longer at imminent risk for suicide, according a 2007 Bureau of Prison document outlining suicide prevention policies. The inmates cannot be removed from the watch without a face-to-face psychological evaluation. To take an inmate off suicide watch, a “post-watch report” needs to be completed, which includes an analysis of how the inmate’s circumstances have changed and why that merits removal from the watch, the document said.

The warden and the chief Psychologist may be in big trouble.

The Warden, a woman named Shirley Skipper-Scott has the final say

There's only one way, as I see it, that this warden can justify taking him off suicide watch.

ONLY, if the first attempted suicide never happened.

Remember when the fbi requested victims to come forward

Well if you are a victim, and you see someone like Epstein who everyone knew would have a target be able to commit suicide (get killed) while incarcerated even after a previous attempt how could you feel safe coming forward

What is the fbi going to protect them? They couldn’t even protect Epstein while they had him locked up

This sends the message for everyone to keep their mouth shut

www.nbcnews.com...

Even before his first suspected suicide try last month, Jeffrey Epstein was perhaps the most vulnerable man in the federal jail system: a politically-connected financier accused of sexually abusing dozens of underage girls. He was, by all accounts, the kind of inmate that should have been under the closest possible supervision. Instead, Epstein was taken off suicide watch in the days before he took his own life, officials told NBC News, a decision that baffled former wardens and veterans of the federal prison system. "For them to pull him off suicide watch is shocking,” Cameron Lindsay, a former warden who worked at three federal facilities, told NBC News. “For someone this high-profile, with these allegations and this many victims, who has had a suicide attempt in the last few weeks, you can take absolutely no chances. You leave him on suicide watch until he’s out of there.”
on the plus side every one from the far left, far right, middle centrists etc all agree this looks shady as all hell and those in the DOJ seem pretty pissed off right now

from same article

“Under the circumstances, I would have a staff member sitting there or have a camera on him 24/7 while he was in my custody, purely to cover my butt,” said Hood. “I know that sounds tacky, but this is not your average inmate.” Attorney General William Barr issued a statement expressing concern over the case, saying he was appalled and that Epstein’s death “raises serious questions that must be answered.” Former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein also weighed in. “Detained pedophiles require special attention,” he tweeted. “Stopping people from harming themselves is difficult.”
ive seen the debunking sites saying the cameras were not down but haven't seen any thing confirming that yet

It's a case of what information to which Federal bureau ? It sounds like speculation because those questions won;t be answered . He provided flight logs to the aviation authority , that we know , but beyond that much is unknown territory .
All he needed was the blessing of Clinton to carry on being a pervert who supplied perverts with the objects of their perversions . Pedos in a pedo ring don't need to blackmail each other , but they help each other find more children to abuse , they cogitate with each other about how to further exploit their victims' vulnerabilities while limiting their own liabilities . It's not money power or influence they want when they've got Clinton , one of their own , in charge looking after them .
It's more children they wanted - even trying to use Giuffre as a recruiter as per courthouse evidence . Maxwell Epstein and other close associates were all out stalking potential while they knew they could get away with it because Clinton was sanctioning it and protecting them and partaking himself . I think if any blackmail is to be part of it a comprehensive case of why its so and how it works needs to be made .
The closest it comes to that is complicity , not blackmail . More like bribery with desired illicit articles and the expectation , once on the inside track , of dedicated co-operation and obviously complete secrecy within the pedo group

From the court documents yesterday - Friday 8/09/19

Really buried in the news of Epstein's death.
How convenient!

First batch of new Epstein court docs say Bill Clinton had private party on Pedophile Island

Contained within the nearly 2,000 pages of documents are allegations from Epstein’s alleged “sex slave,” Virginia Roberts Giuffre, regarding the powerful men whom she’d been forced to have sex with, along with the powerful men whom she’d sometimes seen in Epstein’s presence. Included among the latter set of men is former President Bill Clinton.

One set of pages specifically contain a deposition from Giuffre. Within the deposition, she describes being flown “to the Caribbean” when she was 17 and then tagging along as Maxwell took “a huge black helicopter” to pick up Clinton. “Epstein did invite two young brunettes to a dinner which he gave on his Caribbean island for Mr. Clinton shortly after he left office,” it reads. “I’d have been about 17 at the time. I flew to the Caribbean with Jeffrey and then Ghislaine Maxwell went to pick up Bill in a huge black helicopter that Jeffrey had bought her.” “I remember she was very excited because she got her license around the first year we met. I used to get frightened flying with her but Bill had the secret service with him and I remember him talking about what a good job she did. I don’t remember seeing Bill again on the trip but I assume Ghislaine flew him back.”

And this!

Deposition: Underage Girls Were Present When Bill Clinton Visited Jeffrey Epstein’s Island

You'll never hear that on the news, but it just broke yesterday.

here is an example of a suicide watch cell from Indiana i think , note the complete lack of things to tie things to to hang your self

en.wikipedia.org... wiki on it

www.usmarshals.gov... PDF from us marshals on procedure and how to prevent suicides in jails from 2006

www.law.cornell.edu...

(a)Housing. Each institution must have one or more rooms designated specifically for housing an inmate on suicide watch. The designated room must allow staff to maintain adequate control of the inmate without compromising the ability to observe and protect the inmate. (b)Observation. (1)Staff or trained inmate observers operating in scheduled shifts are responsible for keeping the inmate under constant observation. (2) Only the Warden may authorize the use of inmate observers. (3)Inmate observers are considered to be on an institution work assignment when they are on their scheduled shift. (c)Suicide watch log. Observers are to document significant observed behavior in a log book.
id imagine there will be a good deal of firings over this from the people who were in charge of watching him to the top of the prison management people

www.who.int... WHO pdf about how this is Normally handled in jails

Monitoring Adequate monitoring of suicidal inmates is crucial, particularly during the night shift (when staffing is low) and in facilities where staff may not be permanently assigned to an area (such as police lockups). The level of monitoring should match the level of risk. Inmates judged to be actively suicidal require constant supervision. Inmates who have raised staff suspicions of suicide but who do not admit to being actively suicidal, may not require constant supervision but will need to be observed more frequently (e.g., close observation at between 5-15 minute staggered intervals). However, considering a suicide attempt by hanging can take just three minutes to result in permanent brain damage, and 5-7 minutes to be lethal, rounds even at a distance of every 10-15 minutes might be insufficient for an acutely suicidal inmate. Uninterrupted supervision and human contact should be provided while keeping an inmate in segregation. Individual counseling may be a chance for self-expression for the inmate and a possibility for clinical monitoring.38 Prisoners at risk should not be left alone, but observation and companionship should be provided.
they do say hanging is the most common form of suicide in jail though
