After all if the trip the El Paso shooter took was by horse and buggy he probably wouldnt have went through with it. If he couldnt immediately espouse how cool it made him to the world would he have done it?

I believe he is suggesting the image of mental illness happens to be a perception around a person not by the perception with in the person. How many people can be sold on the idea seems relative to whether it is insane or not, but does that make it so?

It is an amendment....It was added to the constitution.
It can be removed or changed.

That's the beauty of amendments.... they can be changed when they are no longer reasonable or necessary.

Yes I have an agenda in this case. Its called saving lives.
And trying to blame this issue on mental illness is the cop out of the moment on the right to protect gun rights.
