But if something came along that threw all this stuff out--ALL of it from quarks to Jesus--and suggested that we humans have zero self-determination at any level, in this world or the next, and that we are just cattle, at best, that would be brain melting. I don't know what the real issue is, but it's big, a lot bigger than aliens from space. And that's the biggest reason we don't have full disclosure.

If we for the sake of the discussion assume that there is something to disclose, then we must be clear about what it is that we expect disclosure about.



1) Do we believe that governments have information about direct connections with alien civilisations?

Because your expectations can affect the disclosure itself. And if the disclosure isn't followed by a 100% in real life verification, then it has no meaning, has it?

Let's just for fun say we get disclosure that Reagan had direct talks with greys. And then there is nothing. They don't land on the White House lawn, and no red hotline to contact them is given, then what use is there? Anything can be disclosed with no further proof.

Expect many (1) leaked or released military documents to be fake and in some cases even meant to make you (2) draw specific conclusions to (3) lead you to think you discovered something. They are quite clever huh?

Really compromising and dangerous documents that people are working on to be released probably doesn't exist. We know for a fact that many sensitive military documents is stored physically only, not in computers, never digitalized. You can never get to them and a president can never order them to be released.

Lets for a moment pretend that the American government would be involved in the killing a a famous person in the 60's. There would be no documents to prove it, no evidence. No leads. Only uninteresting papers that lead you in circles. With a lot of blackened word.



So for people with a strong interest in this area. If you want to learn something. To make a difference. Drop it and walk another path. Area 51 wont give anything even if they opened the gates for the public. Roswell is yesterdays news and is as watered downed as the Bible.

In the contrary, I do not believe we are 'alone', however, the baggage that comes with releasing some of this can be damaging in countless ways.

The effect on economy could be one... personal finances in retirement accounts tied to the stock market would be one of those things... funds putting your kids through school... and few in the latter part of life would welcome it.

There must be millions of us who don't need an 'official' disclosure. We know what we have seen . If a government announced that we are alone in the universe, I for one would be saying, "Yeah right!"

Sure, there are people (I don't know how many) who have seen stuff and even had personal encounters, so to them they know they have had those experiences. But that's not enough, really, because they lack a total picture of the issues. Let's say for the moment that someone was abducted, that they remember the experience, and that they even had conversations with their abductors. Did those guys tell the truth? Does that mean the abductee suddenly knows everything? Of course not. It's a personal truth, and a small one that may have manipulated the real truth. Full Disclosure means that the governments tell ALL that they know. They won't do it and I suspect they have some pretty good reasons.

I agree. If the Feds said “we’re alone” that would be an obvious lie. Hell, If you watch even the science channel they talk about how many planets could be in the “Goldilocks Zone” frequently - and there’s a lot of them. The Feds own math says there’s likely inhabitable planets.

Said another way, the “science” narrative has somewhat moved in the direction of “preparing” people for the identification of alien life by 1) increasing the number of potentially habitable planets and 2) finding them closer and closer to Earth.
