You know that makes major sense, Heat Sinking. Our population centers must radiate an enormous level of heat, with all the people and those people's favorite building material. Concrete. Makes one wonder if local climate change is what is being recorded more than overall system climate change but then, these heat sinks would add to the overall mix. Jeeze one could go insane trying to understand weather systems. Might be why AI is much better at it.
