"Authorities confirm shooting at Baton Rouge Walmart"
WBRZ-TV reports that the Baton Rouge Police Department confirmed that there was a shooting around noon at the Walmart near the corner of Burbank Drive and Bluebonnet Boulevard.
A large police presence, including a helicopter and deputies from the East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office, were also spotted outside the store. Authorities are also checking other Walmarts in the Baton Rouge area, WBRZ reports.
"It's a big, active scene, but we haven't found any victims at the moment," said East Baton Rouge Emergency Medical Services spokesman Mike Chustz told the newspaper.
Sources tell Hilary Scheinuk, a photographer for the Advocate, that one person was taken into custody after a shooting victim drove themselves to the hospital after being shot at the store.

Peter Strzok, the former FBI agent who came under fire for sending disparaging text messages about President Trump and other political figures during the 2016 presidential race, is suing his former employer over his firing, claiming the decision was a result of "unrelenting pressure" from Trump.
In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday against the FBI and Justice Department, Strzok's counsel argued that his firing was politically motivated and in violation of two constitutional amendments.

Check this video here. This shooting was all fubar'd. The shooting was supposed to go down at the mall. Not Walmart. In fact, police were escorting people INTO Walmart.

This makes no sense.
ETA: This leaves me with the same question I posed earlier this morning about the news stations. Just what in the Sam Hell is going on here? None of this makes any sense at all. I wonder if those are even real cops!
There must be hundreds or even thousands of people in on this if this is to be believable at all. And every one of those people must realize that they are committing TREASON.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has ordered a state criminal probe into the actions of the Palm Beach sheriff and the former Palm Beach state attorney’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein underage sex trafficking case.
DeSantis’ move comes as Palm Beach Sheriff Ric Bradshaw has come under increasing scrutiny for his decision in 2008 to give Epstein, a politically connected multimillionaire, unusually lenient work release privileges even though he was a convicted sex offender who had been accused of molesting dozens of underage girls.
My uncle Tommy took me to San Diego my freshman year of high school, within a year if this photo being take. I had no memory of it other than finding a journal entry saying I was going to go and then vaguely remember being alone with him in Chicago and him buying me a sweater.
The room they put me in has 8-10 window stalls, a bed with satin sheets, pink and romantic like in a budiore photo shoot. I was not alone in the room the entire time. I understand now Q, thank you. Rachel Chandler, standard hotel, uncle Tom, dad - this photo is me in 1995 age 14.
I remember the day this was taken, dad. I was so excited to come home because you were making the box to look at the eclipse. I expected it to be fancier than cardboard and electrical tape. Emily was about 4-5 months old. I forgive you all, please disclose the truth now. - sarah

Yeah, I think there was a major FU with "the plan".
I'm impressed by how calm the victims in the video were. 👍
I hate hysterics.
. He chose to buy a ranch through another realtor, Rhonda King, who was also then a representative to the New Mexico state legislature. The purchase of the 10,000-acre Zorro Ranch came with an additional, instant political connection, as Epstein bought it from the realtor’s uncle, former Gov. Bruce King.
Epstein proceeded to build a 26,700 square foot hacienda-style hilltop mansion, the largest private home in Santa Fe County, perhaps the state. The former governor’s brother, New Mexico State treasurer David King, was quoted saying of Epstein, “He’s building what you want as a heavenly ranch.”
August 17, Epstein registered in person with Detective Deborah Anaya at the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s office. Anaya afterwards paid a standard visit to the offender's home. What wasn’t standard were the offender's conveyances, which she listed as two private jets and two helicopters, along with a fleet of land vehicles.
Two days later, on August 19, Epstein received a second notice from NMDPS, which said, “You are not required to register with the state of New Mexico.”
The standard letterhead in both NMDPS notices was identical, but in retrospect the words “Bill Richardson, Governor” seem to jump out a little more in the second one.
Richardson—a former Energy Secretary in the Clinton administration—was in the final months of his second and final term as New Mexico’s governor, but Gary King remained the state attorney general until 2015. He ran unsuccessfully for governor in 2014 and may have imagined nobody would be any the wiser when he accepted $35,000 donated by five shell companies that Epstein had established.
