Nope. Life is what I perceive based on senses I equally perceive internally, and dream, simulation, other reality, or whatever, none of that matters to me, it is what it is in my head and I deal with it as I perceive it.

Hahaha! Absolutely. Me and my best friend often joke about our lives saying it’s “the show”. Sometimes it’s such a believable scenario, but it’s just life. Life is just very strange when you’re a human

It feels more like the world revolves around my past. Considering the state of things I am sure it is a complete and utter mess. Funny is good, just keep moving through the weird. Look for the things that make sense.

isn't there another movie where a guy and gal drive to the edge of the town to realize nothing is beyond the forcefield;

that they're in a holodeck of sorts? forgot the name, but that movie and the matrix were better conveyors of being in a simulated reality.

cause of jim carrey especially, Truman Show comes out too much like its all about him (the Truman delusion) when its just a show he's been put into to feel important til realization its fake impermanent and so secular.
