Exactly right. Roasted, they are crunchy with a nice smokey flavour. They should be salted before roasting. Also, I have no use whatsoever for
the legs. Just dry sticks of little nutritional value. Bust 'em off before roasting.
Look! They even show up on

I'm thinking that a light mixture of sesame oil and soy sauce might impart a nice flavour.
