The problem with your idea of racism is that you claim it is defined on the region they are in.
You say a black person in America can't be a racist which implies that if that same person was in Africa they would be. Which is wrong a racist is a racist no matter where they are. You cant drop a clan member in Somalia and all of a sudden they lose the racist status because they are out of power nor had any power they are still a racist.

its technically not racist , as she isn't implying that they are less than or more than any other person because they are white , just that they are responsible for the most deaths, if factually correct then it isn't racism !
And several times people have walked you through the statistics as to why her argument is fallacious, but hey, let's ignore those facts too.
You guys invent depth and nuance to make yourself seem intellectual and to excuse flip comments your polticos make. She said what she said just like Trump says what he says.
It's the same level as Obama making his remarks about his grandmother being a typical white woman. Face it, their are ugly stereotypes on all sides, and Omar is not immune to them.
There is nothing to say to this post.
This country was founded on genocide, and was built on slave labor. Both involved the displacement of people of color.

That is just the math...
The truth is the narrative about violent black uprisings and such was never accurate
She lies like a rug in a rubbish bin 🤣
What are the leading causes of death in the US?
Around 74% of all deaths in the United States occur as a result of 10 causes. Over the past 5 years, the main causes of death in the U.S. have remained fairly consistent.

And, we are not talking about other places. We are talking about America. Here and now, people of color do not, have not, and as far as the current ways of thinking, cannot hold power when it comes to race. Our history makes sure of that.
