Others at the DOJ were investigating that line and was outside the scope of Mueller's mandate per the testimony just given with that question.

Chabot was referring to the actual wording in the report (gave quote and cited page) about Fusion GPS.
Mueller said he was "not familiar" with it.

I think I've already seen all I need to see. If he's just going to repeat that line over and over when pressed by the GOP, it tells me everything I need to know about Mueller's credibility and that of his 'report'.
