Hmm, it rings a bell but I'm not positive, this person has included 16 different salons in the complaint, + a few that settled out of court.

This is lunacy. I've got several transgender friends, I'm anxious to bring this one up to them. I think ANY salon offering waxing services should ALL have a sign saying they have the right to refuse service to whomever they please, regardless of gender.

Those texts that f*ckin' wacko sent regarding pads and young girls, dude, that's not a warning sign, that's a motherf*cker with a can of gas and a book of matches.

I'm most definitely a lot more left-swinging than I am conservative/right and have no problem with transgender folks, but this is obviously not the case of simple discrimination. This is a piece of sh!t being a piece of sh!t. Plain and simple.

Nah, hire a 400 lb man with questionable hygenic practices and a gruff attitude, dress him up like a woman, and say "she" is your company's "go to" for those special clients' needs. If any of them complain about, then suddenly you've got a counter lawsuit in your hip pocket, as the client is now discriminating against a care provider who identifies as a female. Rock... hard place... transvestite trying to explain why their gender identity must never be questioned while questioning the gender identity of someone else.
