The game is over as soon as Devin Nunes or some other Republican asks Mueller how soon he knew there was no collusion. We know the answer: pretty much right from the beginning. We have documented evidence from Andrew Weissman, Peter Strzok, and others that establishes they always knew the investigation was groundless.

If Mueller admits this, then he is implicitly admitting that the investigation was just an attempt to entrap Trump in some kind of process crime.

If he answers falsely, then he has committed perjury, and opens himself up to criminal indictment.

So, it won't surprise me at all if some time between now and Wednesday the testimony gets postponed again.
