100% right. Assumptions are crap, proof is needed. But if these investigations lead to a current or a former president, we should all be on board with it... these crimes are disgusting and there are no rationalizations.

And there should be no obstruction, even for a sitting president. This is heinous and needs to be followed through wherever it leads.

Isn't Epstein an acquaintance of Trump's, not a friend. I seen to remember trump wanted to help the parents of a child in England get to the US for some life saving surgery. Timing was very important and Trump's plane was in use or in for repairs, so he borrowed Epstein's plane because it was had medical equipment on board. I guess that makes trump a bad guy? Like wtf?

Here's the question though and its certainly one I have not been able to figure out. How/Why is Trump such a huge threat to the Deep State? Why have they invested so much time, effort, political capital and money over a 3 or more year time span to undoing Trump?

Gore Vidal said that the biggest threat the National Security Act people could meet is someone that's too wealthy to bribe, Doesn't think like them, and most dangerously believes in the individual rights of the people. Trump meets those criteria.

Epstein has so much dirt on so many people that the prosecution cannot be sure who all he has blackmail control over. They may have seized some photos, videos, files from his NY residence he was trying to retrieve or destroy, but they don't have all copies and can't be sure that they do.

So he can burn a whole bunch of powerful people, many of which they probably don't even know about.

Think they are just going to go where the evidence takes them and take the ones they know about down? They should, but they won't.

Just enough sacrifices to make us feel like something was done and Epstein won't get life.
