Well, he was there. He obviously deserved it. Plus, just look at him, he's obviously a Nazi.

This is just normal now.

Antifa is saving Democracy... one crowbar, one old white guy and one mob at a time.

The left wants to ramp up a civil war.

They need it now.

After all, they have no other real way to get more power.

Not like they are going to win elections again and that Hegelian Utopia was SOOO close...

If only Hillary didn't get her election stolen.

Welcome to the Bolshevik Revolution.

I'm surprised the gentleman didn't suicide himself in the back of his head.

It's harder to suicide yourself twice with a crowbar to the back of the head.

Too obvious!!!

Never going to win people over doing this stuff. Just making him stronger. Bans, shadow bans, physical attacks. Americans do not like it. It is counter to the values Americans uphold. Basically handing him the election. Even if I believed in their cause this is not the way. Never getting my vote.

When I read about an innocent bystander, who wasn't provoking anyone, getting assaulted and injured by a masked Antifa thug(coward), I just watch this saved YouTube video clip, over and over again. It settles my rage a bit.

Nice shot.

But I think he was only trying to express his freedom of being able to attack people based on his belief of hypocrisy and general douchbag superiority.

I could be wrong.

😉

For the record, there are pictures I have seen of that man wielding a weapon before this attack

So he could have used it and been beaten in return

If you look close he already has blood on the right side of his face so he had already been attacked. Which is most likely why he pulled the baton out. Having the means to defend yourself doesn't mean you are the instigator.

One of my favorite clips of all time, can't get enough of it.

Antifa only pulls this crap in areas where their victims are likely to be disarmed. I wonder why that is...

They never do this in the Deep South. Possibly because they'd never live down being ventilated by a soccer mom.

Lol

What I see in this video is a guy in his 30-40s street fighting at the protest. He was in a scuffle with someone, probably an antifa member, then another antifa hit him in the back of the head with a blunt weapon of some kind.

Could've been a crowbar in theory but looked a bit smaller and too quick to be one because they're heavier. Considering the video was shot by an antifa, I highly doubt they first posted it on the internet with the caption "watch me hit this alt right elderly guy with a crowbar at an antifa protest".

Therefore, probably wasn't elderly or necessarily a literal crowbar. Very nicely written though!

Mission accomplished I guess? Here's the innocent bystander "not provoking anyone" :

As you can see, he himself was armed with metal baton.

If you ever get tired of getting your strings pulled, I would suggest not mainlining YT highlight reels designed to trigger you. I shared the's in the middle of Grambler's thread. I've watched many many many hours of this # and these are some of the most revealing.

They're taken from the May Day (May of 2019) skirmish outside a Portland bar called Cider Riot, that's a hangout for Antifa. Altogether it's 30 minutes of video. You can see the whole thing unfold for yourself. Basically part 1 is the arrival of the cameras and some of Joey Gibson's gang who hang back. There's some interesting commentary there.

Notice how the livestreamer says, "we're not the violent assholes, they're back there." And everything is civil, if tense. You'll also notice Andy Ngo in the blue shirt.

Part 2 is the arrival of Patriot Prayer leader Joey Gibson, #HimToo organizer Haley Adams and they're assorted entourage. As you'll clearly see, Joey is a straight up provocateur. This is the video where things start to pop off.

Part 3 has a one on one fist fight about a minute in. Notice that after it's done, they're all shaking hands and hugging it out. Because this is what these clowns do for fun while you get all worked up about it. This isn't the start of some civil war, it's asshole LARPers staging street brawls for a bunch of livestreamers because it's their thing.

Later is the walk of shame (the Patriot Prayer dude got knocked down, so they "lost") with Antifa heckling the retreating right-wingers. At some point, the one dude appears to hit the Antifa chick *8:40 or so, you'll hear Joey saying "I'm sorry, I'm sorry") and then when she goes in, she gets hit in the back of the head/neck with a steel baton and is knocked unconscious, reportedly suffering fractured vertebrae.

The bigger picture, what you should really take away from this, is that there are two opposing groups of clown ass LARPers who get their kicks from lining up for these violent skirmishes. It's a scene. It's what these assholes do for entertainment.

They're willing combatants. Now I will say that Andy Ngo to my knowledge, has never engaged in this mutual violence. That said, the guy promotes this # and is one of the people who is responsible for the completely distorted view of the situation that you have. Like I said in Grambler's thread — it's wrong that he was assaulted but it's not exactly surprising. If you'll notice in May, nobody was messing with him. I think what really got them riled up against Ngo in particular (aside from the misreporting) was him tweeting out the name of the chick that got knocked out in the video. (Just a guess, either way not an excuse)

Look at any similar incident in Portland, you'll see all the same players. The only people missing from this one are the Proud Boys. (in the second video, you'll hear 'Where's Tiny Joey? Where's Tiny" — a reference to Tiny Toese).

And it's basically the same # with the violence in central and southern California — same groups behind the violence — with some people from the Portland scene showing up for the bigger brawls.

So you get all upset about it but the reality is these people for the most part know exactly what they're getting into. They show up expecting a fight, they provoke each other until there's a fight, they beat one another up and then later go out for drinks and tell stories about how awesome they all are.

Why are you defending antifa?
Their violence is stomach turning and engaging in the defense of such is foul.

I'm pretty sure Antifa and their supporters don't consider themselves Americans, even as they enjoy the benefits of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

It's extremely hypocritical.

I'm reluctantly awaiting that first shot that will ignite the powder within that keg.

Either our elected representatives will act, or the People will.

That's the fork in the road of where this is headed.

This is not 'doom porn', as we can see it happening right before our very eyes.

Apathy and willful ignorance is merely a psychological band aid that will be ripped off in short order.

So 'enjoy' it while it last.

Make no mistake, this isn't going away, and it's not going to get better.

We are well past the point of retraction and reconciliation.

Hope for the best, but you had better prepare for the worst.

That is all.

haha.

The liberal guys are weak as #, they don't realise that once the other side finally has enough and fights back they are going to get a beating. They are literally poking the bear.

In the interests of fairness, I did see on twitter yesterday a pic of this old guy hitting at people with his baton. Looked like he was wearing a black half-helmet at the time because of the angle, but might have been his black hat. Tats were the same - definitely him.

I just looked at the pics in the other thread and they weren't in that bunch. I'll see if I can find it again...

NONE of the violence is acceptable.
Why do you seek to justify ANY OF IT?

I'm not trying to justify any of it. I think Antifa are maggots and should definitely be designated a domestic terror group. But just pointing out that the "Antifa attack elderly man helping another gay man" headline (which was the first headline I read) isn't quite true. And there needs to be some more truth coming out of these events, and less hyperbole.

As I searched, I came across the link below showing new video of the whole event unfolding. Seems to have text written by an Antifa sympathiser, but I'll let the video speak for itself. The old guy and the big guy with the beard are pretty central to the whole video. I hadn't seen the crowbar attack from this angle before...
