It's actually a very straight and safe ladder. Previously, before I bought it I used a smaller ladder seated on the roof rack of my old 4 wheel drive. That was shaky! Interesting color scheme in the end for the roof of the 4wd.

Yeah, I'm motivated now I'm off the liquor. It's a good thing. Been doing jobs continuously now. Feeling much better and shedding the weight with my crash diet.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who spells 'colour' the old way. When I see the red line under the word I go alright and take the U out.

I was devastated when she died, but she was 92 and lived a long happy life. For that I am thankful.

My favorite memory? There have been too many. I can't pick just one.

Umm, funny you should mention that. The north - east facing side of the house is exactly that with Royal Blue door and window frames. The upper deck/landing which I am also working on is Ochre with Royal Blue uprights. That side of the house looks like a giant beach house in the bush from the north.

The unfinished west facing (left) next to where I am painting will be sanded, light timber stained and matt lacquered. This is to basically highlight those original timbers cut here on the selection some 20 years ago.

I will try and send you some pics of the purple side. I know I have some old ones about.

Yeah, cheers mate. Lost 30 kg!!! My goodness. I'm aiming for xmas like I said. If I lost 30kg I'd be more than happy. Well done mate.

The pic shows just a blue plastic watering container at the base of the ladder but I'll be honest that the left leg of the ladder is propped with a small rock lol. The pic my son took is a little crooked as well.

I'm not keen on heights either but someones got to do it.

on a side note/ I hate men sometimes! you bastards lose 30 kilos from no beer! We gain 30 kilos whilst eating rabbit food but inhaling someone else's alcohol fumes.

You'll really hate me then. I can eat pizza (or really anything at all) all day every day and not gain weight.

Today looks like a day for animal photos to cheer people up with. I'm in the middle of resizing some so they don't take up huge swaths of the page & eat bandwidth
