There no way Obama didn't know what was being done at that stage in the campaign trail.

(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 CFR 600.4 (a)


The thing is nothing could emerge months later. Because Muller was already charged with investigating anything that” arose and may arise “ from the investigation concerning Russia.

They listened to his phone calls

... and found nothing. No smoking gun, no evidence of crimes.
So they made one up, planted fake evidence, put assets into play and tried to trap his officials.

Now, its being exposed.. and people can try to spin this however they want because for the entirety of this charade, everyone has denied the accusations..

- We didn't wiretap Trump Tower
- We were not spying on his administration
- We aren't in the business of reading emails
- There was no investigation
- There were no leaks

But now, its all coming out

- We did infact wiretap Trump Tower, but we had a Warrant
- We were spying on his administration, but we had a warrant
- We were reading their emails, but we had a warrant
- We were investigating, but we had a warrant
- We did leak, because we wanted the investigation

... but the spin didn't work.. because obtaining that warrant they did illegal things...

It turns out they were taking direction from the opposition, the DNC and their stakeholders.. and the rule of law was being ignored because 'Trump'

Yet, he is turning out to be the best President for the people.

Which has nothing to do with what Clapper was talking about. He was talking specifically about the intelligence assessment which Obama requested in December of 2016. A distillation of several investigations. I'm sure Muellar reviewed that assessment after he had been appointed due, primarily, to the firing of Comey.

Clapper says Obama started EVERYTHING, or in specific, this is what Clapper said: "If it weren't for Obama we might not have done the intelligence community assessment that we did, that set off a whole sequence of events, which are still unfolding today... Notably special counsel Mueller's investigation. President Obama is responsible for that, and it was he who tasked us to do that "intelligence community assessment...ah uh in the first place..."

Obama gave the order to start the whole sequence of events which were unfolding at least up to the day that Clapper says this... Stop lying Phake, I mean Phage...

The DOJ is DIGGING to find out if Spying was, or was not, conducted "for political purposes".

Deep-stater Inspector General Michael Horowitz concluded in his 2018 report that Strzok, Page, Comey, McCabe, were NOT influenced by their political beliefs.

In Horowitz's mind, they were just kidding when texting that wanted to make sure "Hillary beat Trump 100 million votes to 0."

This is the same Horowitz who is preparing to roll out IG Report #3, assessing if the FBI abused the FISA Spy Warrant process. (Ohhhh... sh'it!)

Clapper brought it up when questioned about actions taken by the Obama administration in response to Russian actions. AFTER Trump beat Hillary, Obama ordered an Intelligence Assessment of "Something". (I call it the beginning of the COUP.)
