I was bored, so I thought I would check to see if there were any new "UFO" sightings that were caught on film. I found one.

When I watched this grainy video clip today on YouTube, it reminded me of a video clip that I had watched last year, which was filmed close by in Medellin Colombia. This latest sighting was filmed in Itagui, Colombia, hovering above a construction site, which is not far from Medellin.

This object doesn't appear to be a drone and has that classic saucer shape, but guess what? Even though it's hard to explain, it probably could be just a balloon, but then again, who knows?

Enlarged and enhanced screen shots:

This next video was the one that I had seen last September. It shows a stationary, aerial anomaly hovering in the sky over Medellin, Colombia. There seems to be a lot of unexplained, aerial anomalies caught on film in this part of the world.

Medellin is in close proximity to Itagui:

Recently, there has been a lot of talk on "UFOs," ever since the Pentagon admitted that it investigates UFO sightings. Also, in late April 2019, the Navy announced it was drafting new guidelines for reporting an aerial anomaly by one of their pilots. This was done to make it easier for pilots to report unexplained sightings without facing ridicule or being stigmatized.

However, people interested in UFOs, still need to be both vigilant and skeptical of any sighting that was filmed and posted on YouTube. Why? Because misidentifications happen all the time.

Ben Hansen, lead investigator for Syfy Channel's "Fact or Faked: Paranormal Files," often used large helium UFO balloons as part of his team's experiments to recreate UFO hoaxes or actual sightings:

It moves exactly like a tethered balloon.

That's a "definite" UFO. Impossible to determine what it is from the video.

In all probability it's one of these, by the way it's behaving:

My mind says UFO shaped balloon but my heart says balloon shaped UFO!
In all seriousness though, with all the video recording equipment and increasingly higher quality and span..
There isnt much by way of grainy or cellular or home footage that can make for much convincing.
My favorite and most belief inspiring videos and clips are all worse in picture quality than anything my tablet camera can produce, and that's a crying shame. Sadder still is that after all these years and millions of hours of video, the best of the best we have in any quality is very difficult to pass off.

Even in high quality one could argue for CGI, which is advancing with mindboggling speed.
The advent of drones appearing in the night sky with their strange movements and variety of light patterns.

Military releases or leaks are contestable, either you could argue their use as propaganda/manipulationnor explain them away naturally- for example the famous Gimbal TicTac UFO released by the Pentagon recently- it looks exactly the way aircraft does in FLIR. As for the weird 'rotation' the craft appears to make, see a video on FLIR and lens flare rotation- the lens flares rotate visually independent of the aircraft onscreen, and at distance where you cant make out much shape (jets look like spheres on FLIR) when the gimbal rotates, the lens flare shape does too but not the clouds or anything else onscreen.

The world needs a clear and widespread witnessing to be undeniable.

Rules of a legitimate sighting of an extraterrestrial craft:
Grab your best camera or cellphone.
Record the object until your battery dies, attempt to hold still, especially if you can't get any comparison objects in the foreground of the shot .
Shut the f up.
Post online.

These videos fail at 3 of these rules. Therefore, these are not craft from another world.

Nobody claimed that.
People were talking about UFOs and not alien spaceships froum outer space.

Try it. The very next time you see a jet fly overhead -- just an ordinary Earthly jet -- try to see if you can get your cell phone camera out, get in focus, zoom in as much as possible, and get as many photos as you can before it's gone.

I bet you end up with a lousy photo. What does it prove? That a bad UFO photo could show something as real as a jet.

You can't possibly know the first two of your "rules" are fails. In my opinion, the first clip is a balloon and I am suspicious of how the clip jumps, at the 19 second mark, from showing the surrounding terrain to a sky full of UFO.

After all this time, the one piece of video footage that still TRULY intrigues me (and cannot be dismissed as a hoax, whatever was actually seen) is the Kaikura sighting of 1978 by a professional television crew on a plane - who witnessed and filmed two sightings on two consecutive flights.
