Last original one I've seen in the last few years was the Shaun Ryder UFO 4 part series.

Was it NatGeo's UFOs the Untold Stories?

Sometimes remembering one of the speakers helps for these. It's easy enough to check filmography with imdb and Wikipedia. Do you recall anyone from the investigative team or any guest speakers? Nick Pope perhaps? Guys like that.

Could it be National Geographic's "UFO Europe" series?
I really liked that. Have it recorded also.
I'd explore it a bit more because it definitely covered lots of European cases and ran for about 6 episodes. The Shaffner and Bob Taylor case from the UK. Strange electrical fires caused by a UFO in Siculy. Many others from around Europen and this strange cigar shaped UFO seen over Italy before WWII. In fact there wasn't a single American case in there.
There were other series UFOs DeClassified which aired on Yesterday. Plus some rather bad shows like Alien Encounters, Unsealed Alien Files and also one called UFOS the Lost Evidence. But they all retained American or Canadian narrators.
