Not really alternative news and there is a thread in the current events forum. But this forum is special.

Phage just likes pointing out mistakes of others , no big deal .
If it was the mods would have taken care of it for you .
Somehow his feelings must have been hurt when you crossed into his safe space, he wishes he had a wall to keep posts out of places that he doesn't like them.

As I said, this forum is special. It allows duplication from other threads.
I was just pointing out that there was one.

Dirty job , yet someone of caliber (calibre) has to do it.

Why do they need to highlight the type of gun (AR type assault rifle) is this the gun controllers agenda?

I don't ever condone violence but why are mass shooters almost always killing innocents? Plenty of religious folk from all religions who personally committed terrible acts. Jewish guards of israel who shoot peaceful protesters in the groin for example...

Instead it's just peaceful jews at a synagogue...

Isn't it the gun used in many mass shootings? If so, shouldn't it be addressed as to how someone like that got ahold of one?

Peaceful people are less likely to strike back. That means that you can usually kill more people before you're stopped.

This is also why security is not a solution, because we cannot fortify every location and there will always be a spot that's populated and poorly defended. Even if we could, what would that say about us as a society?

And even that assumes that shooters are rational. Synagogues for their part almost always have ample armed security on hand and are on average the most fortified religious institutions around, evidenced by the fact that only 4 people were hit before the shooter was stopped. That still didn't deter an attack.
