Obviously, this is not a laughing matter but I placed it in the jokes and puns section because its not real.

Although based on the actions of some officers, maybe we should take it a bit more seriously.

I knew a guy that would pull over if he seen a dead animal on the side of the road.
He would then pose the carcass in a standing position.

You're right, it is no laughing matter-chihuahias should be approached with caution as they could be armed and dangerous.

Imagine what deaf folk would make of this, these hand gestures could mean anything from 'my llama has diabetes' to 'put the gun down, I mow lawns for purple aliens.'
