If "progressivism" is so good, why are Democrat/Liberal Cities the Worst Places for the Poor?

This disconnect from the left seems to be getting only worse and worse. Meanwhile the left dubs itself as being more emphatic towards the poor, and wanting to solve poverty, in reality democrat/Liberal cities and states are the worst when it comes to how poor people live, and how many poor people live under the rule of democrats/liberals.

As an example, Los Angeles tent cities.



In the following video is a democrat/liberal proclaiming how California is "proof" that "the progressive values put into action improves the human condition," and how "California is thriving because of these progressive values..."

Really?

I call it nothing more than denial of reality.





The fact is that "democrat/liberal cities" are proof positive that "progressivism" only works for the elites in the left, meanwhile the rest of the people are downtrodden and poor.

What would happen if "the Green New Deal" and other "socialist" programs are implemented in the U.S. if not make it worse for more people?

Democrat policies are getting exposed for what they are.

"Plantation Politics".

This is how they stay in "Power".

They are screaming like wild banshees because unemployment is way down and the general economy is much improved over 2 years.

Democrats hate these things and want their thumbs in your eyes 😧

The more progressive the mayor, the higher the crime rate. 18 of the 20 most violent cities in America have Democrats in charge.

The voters in those 18 cities are getting what they want and deserve.

A disconnect implies a gradual separation. At the rate they are traveling far left it would be more comparable to the rate at which the Universe is expanding, exponentially.

Democrats don’t want a strong, responsible, and stable populace. People who are self reliant don’t rely on governments to support them, which is the whole democratic platform: take no responsibility for yourself and let the government take care of you.

The problem is the government is not meant, nor equipped, nor competent enough, to take responsibility for an entire population.

So what we see is local democratic governments attempting to implement these policies but failing because they choose to ignore human nature and assume the best and make no perpetration for the worst.

Democrats spend all this time complaining about abstract phantom problems while the real problems right in front of them are ignored.

They watch their cities burn soaked in the fuel of poverty brought on by their own ignorance and naïveté.

NYC has a population double that of LA, a police force bigger than most military reserves, is the financial capital of basically planet earth, and is extremely liberal.

LA is also 1,300 Sq KMs in size. With one of the most diverse populations in the nation if not the world.

Bottom line is. It seems the liberal nations fit the bill for being left and progressive, a world on their own. Of course there will be turmoil in gritty cities. You think London, Moscow or Paris are immune to the same thing?

The democrat politicians have their democrat voters so insanely brainwashed it's like some sick Nazi German experiment, and I mean that literally.

The totally mind wiped democrat left voters/believers are complete mental slaves and act as enablers vice a versa back and forth, and the MSM keeps it going like perpetual motion, and this kind of perpetual motion device is actually working.

Scary when we see it actually happening like this. And the more power this monster machine generates the darker it becomes, and more people die because of it. Critical mass is growing for something really ugly is coming if it continues like this. It's already totally obscene as it is.

Generally speaking, I think large cities tend to just be cesspools regardless.

However, I do think progressivism tends to exacerbate the worst of major cities when it comes to crime and poverty.

The big problem is that liberals don't see how their policies typically make things worse. I mean we can start a list of examples... all these ills are present in any city, but liberals tend to make them worse.

Drug use
Affordable Housing
Homelessness
Crime
Schooling
Business Development

I think the biggest problem is the leftist wish to defy economics. I think they really believe that if they just had just a bit more control, they could completely rewrite the laws of economics as they are and everything would work the way they wish them to -- we really would have free stuff for all.

Unfortunately, math is math, and human nature is human nature, and neither cares two shakes about the laws or systems the left try to impose.

They never want to accept that money won't fix some problems... or that there isn't an unlimited amount of money to throw around.

No, not all of them are brainwashed. Some of these people are forced into doing what they say.

Not to mention the fact that "the demands from the left" about allowing illegal immigrants unabated into the U.S., and the policies democrats/liberals are imposing on the nation are also affecting states like Texas. Crimes continues to increase because of illegal immigration. Even despite the fact that a majority of Mexicans now see themselves as being "less secured" because of the increase in crimes from illegal immigration, the left in the U.S. keeps ignoring it, and claiming "you are racist if you dare be anti-Illegal immigration...

Progressive policies have not helped the people, nor the nation. They are only making things worse for everyone.

Despite what you say, Democrats love the poor.


That's why they plan to makes us all a part of that group.
