Nadler knew this wasn't going to work. This is all drama theatrics. If they really wanted to get the truth out there, Nadler would have issued a subpoena on Mueller to appear even before requesting one for McGahn!

They obviously realize the truth and are purposely trying to spin this out until after they can find another carrot to hold out to their voters to bite on and be distracted.

These people should show up for their testimony and answer all questions:

"Because I believe you will misinterpret my testimony and use the misterperation to incriminate me; I will invoke my fifth amendment right not to be compelled to participate in my own incrimination"
