I think kelp would have made a better 'surf' than dandelion greens which are pretty good.

Maybe they should have just called it..."Steak and Lobster".

...so it didn't get confused with "starfish and lawns".

I actually like a few fresh picked dandelion greens from the yard added to my salad in the springtime. As long as they are young, they get too strong tasting when they get bigger.

I like to go fishing for brooktrout in the stream and come home and flour them and fry them in butter. They twist all up when cooking them real fresh like that.

I've had fried fiddlers but haven't had the sea purslane. I'd eat it though, I've had worse stuff in my mouth.
