Are you really comfortable with the way the Russia investigation started, ended (FBI concluded no conspiracy in July of '17), and then started again? Once again, it ends with "No evidence of conspiracy, not enough evidence of obstruction to recommend indictment/impeachment"

If you don't trust Rosenstein, how can you trust Mueller?

If it were just Barr's report, I could see some skepticism. But it wasn't.

Don’t forget that, according to Ohr’s testimony, at least three on Mueller’s team knew the dossier was fake news, politically motivated op-Ed research as far back as summer 2016. They went on to open one of the weirdest investigations in American history. Of course, none of this fits their own narrative.

There is only one reason for someone not to have anonymously leaked it. If they are going to anonymously leak to the NYT about anything, why not provide supporting evidence to go with it? Why not provide concrete details vs. "Not favorable to such and such"

SDNY is federal, and NYS doesn't have jurisdiction with Federal matters. No such law RE: election conspiracy on NYS' books. So Mueller was it, either he recommended indictment/impeachment/conviction or he did not...and by all accounts, every official source we have...says he did not

I'm not attacking the source of the NYT article, there isn't a source to attack. It is a supposed leak by "Associates" of a member of Mueller's team. That isn't even hearsay. It is 3 times removed from anything admissible in court. Why set your own standards that much lower?

It is unfortunate Tartuffe. The mountain of evidence showing impropriety and frankly despicable behaviors among investigators (Strozok, Page, Ohr, McCabe, Comey and so on) should be alarming to anyone. And the fact the phoney dossier ever saw a FISA court is equally disturbing

How do we make life better for Americans without giving corporations and incentive to come here? If it is cheaper to move operations off-shore I have no doubt they will do so (rationally so). I don't want to see that. I wan't to see my fellow Americans do well for themselves and enjoy the American dream we have been promised and ever-striving to realize

Is it impossible someone has evidence and is sitting on it? Sure its possible, I won't dispute that. But at what point do you say this is highly unlikely and let occam's razor take over? The simplest explanation is indeed that (as FBI text messages showed) this was some sort of retaliation or "insurance policy" to harm Trump. That was their own words, not my words

I am not a classist I am a nationalist with a currently-partisan outrage. Nationalists care about doing good for our country, it doesn't have anything to do with race or class or any of that. The bulk of those charges were spanning the past decade and/or procedural crimes unrelated to the matter of conspiring with Russia to defraud the US. That would be like me claiming Clinton was guilty of sex crimes simply because her old friend Harvey Weinstein turned out to be a rapist and serial abuser.
