America needs a new sport to play.

Something new and interesting that people will pay to watch.

Something both physically and intellectually demanding that anyone can play.

Anyone that comes up with this is going to be very very rich.

To be fair I would be a fan of Soccer if they did not flop so much, they need to seriously stop that, it makes it unwatchable.

Not too mention the rules, such as blasting a ball against a players hand, somehow results in a penalty shot that scores the only goal of the game.

The rules of soccer are perhaps the most antiquated of all time.

So are the fans, most unsophisticated sport on Earth is soccer...it is why it is everywhere...a small child's game it is.

Can be fun to play but the rules need overhauling and things done to speed things up, such as an over and back rule lol.

Either attack the dam net or give up the ball.

Passing it around for 5 minutes then blasting it back to your own goalie is retarded.

Humans are extremely boring overall.

These silly games make them feel something, such as how amazing it was when some guy shot the ball into the net from 20 feet out, hilarious part is how often they miss, and it is not even close...

The game is so watered and dumbed down people accept the level of shot making as normal.

A sad lot all around that live and die for soccer, baseball, and cricket.

Basketball is amazingly terrible as well, most of the time.

Yeah, well soccer isn't the only sport that needs speeding up. Every rule they add for booth review and player safety only increases the number of times football gets slowed down and made more ridiculous in terms of game length.

I liked it. The quality was not too bad. Sort of between college and the NFL. If given a few years to mature, it may have been better than the NFL.

I think you will find The U.S. had other "teams " playing along side it. during the world wars. It truly was a " team effort "

'Merican football literally the only sport where grown men are having the equivalent of a car wreck on almost every play. Running full speed and hitting someone with their entire body.

Hockey rarely
Rugby is tough but even they let up before the hit.

Boxing, MMA etc... I really don't think are sports.. It takes talent etc. But fighting is hard for me to wrap my head around as a sport. Side by side, soccer and boxing are just completely different from each other.

Yes... the water boys, assistant physical therapists, and kickers get Super Bowl rings when their team wins the championship, too... Interchangeable though they may be.
