Tangzhong Milk Bread

This looks like the best bread I never had. And they butter those buns... Oh lord!

Not to mention they smash it down and it comes back up like memory foam.

oooooo... oh my. that looks amazing..
I wonder if you get the same result if you don't have a fancy mixer? Will have to do some research!
